We offer flat-rate pricing for most services, so there are no surprises. Diagnostics are often free if you move forward with the repair. Discounts may be available for multiple devices or returning clients.

We start with a free consultation — you describe the issue, and we walk you through what to expect. Once we agree on next steps, we offer fast turnaround times and keep you updated during the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience with both Mac and Windows systems, plus ongoing training in hardware diagnostics, networking, and cybersecurity. I stay current with the latest repair methods and tools.
