I have worked with so many different trainers in my life, Sonny is by far the best Trainer I have worked with. Instead of dreading working out, I now look forward to every training session. Each time I work out with him, he provides different workouts and it never gets boring or easy. I can definitely see a difference physically and mentally, I am able to do so much more ever since I've started working out with sonny. We set goals and actually get results! He's super professional and kind! I have recommend him to all of my friends and family and they all love him!
Zak is by far the BEST trainer I've ever had! I can tell that he is fully invested in my fitness goals. He is always available no matter the circumstances pushing you to get better every step of the way. He makes me feel as if I can do the impossible. Focusing in on my weaknesses and building strength in those areas Zak has managed to sculpt my thoughts into consisently anticipating our next training session. I am thoroughly impressed! I know without a doubt that I am a new me with the help from my fellow trainer. On a scale from 1 - 10 Zak is 1,000,0000 x infinity!
I started looking for a trainer unsure about how comfortable I would feel with letting someone see me so vulnerable while not feeling confident with my body. I took the leap and hired Spartan Strength Training. Rene has not only made me 100% confident but I am already seeing results. He is very genuine and makes me feel awesome while I am in the gym. Rene has also been able to answer every question about fitness and nutrition I have. He is extremely knowledgeable. Ladies, don`t be intimidated by a male trainer... he is amazing and beyond professional. It`s nice knowing I have him for support.
Ruby is the best! Ruby comes to my house every other week, or however often I'm available. She has helped me with my flexibility, motivation and stamina. She has been training me for a few months now and she is always on time. She always has fun and new ways to work out with different types of equipment. I originally hired her for my upcoming wedding, however I plan on training with her long after my wedding! I look forward to the days I train with her.
Ben was very encouraging during the training sessions, and offered me great resources regarding diet and nutrition.
I had a WONDERFUL time training with Lori! She is a FANTASTIC trainer and really cares about her clients! She knows how to customize each training class to cater to your different needs/abilities, and she pushes you to achieve new workouts that you did not think was even possible for your body! She focuses on every aspect of a healthy lifestyle - nutrition, cardio, weight training, etc. - so her training/advice leaves you feeling completely satisfied and positive about everything! You will also be blown away by her wonderful encouragement and positivity - she is always there when you have questions or are doubting yourself. She's a great trainer as well as a GREAT motivator! I always felt very comfortable and was never intimidated working with her, and I would GLADLY recommend her to anyone and everyone.
Cody is great! I'm still training with him and you can tell he really cares about his employees/clients. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a good, no frills workout.
I ran my first 5K yesterday. I was not able to do that 5 months ago. Andy has pushed me to be my best. He genuinely wants to see me reach my goals. I had major surgery in May and he has been helping me gain my strength back week by week. He is so knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition and watches my form to make sure I am not hurting myself in any way. He pushes me when I want to be lazy and make excuses and motivates me when I want to give up. He helps me be patient and reminds me this is a journey and takes time.....iI even have my mother training with him because he is realky good with training individuals at any level in their health and fitness journey. I highly recommend Andy to anyone looking for a great motivational trainer that will push you to reach your goals in a non-militant style!

This review is long overdue... Before major budget cuts in my life I worked out with Nisha 3x week. I needed a serious butt kicking in my life and she was the one I chose to do that. I e-mailed her late one night and received a call within a day. She chatted with me for over 30 minutes about my goals & workout style. We both decided we were a good fit for each other and I started as soon as I could. The workouts were always challenging and fun at the same time. Nisha herself is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and intelligent. It never ceases to amaze me how dedicated she is to her business. In addition to strength training she asks you to shoot a picture over every time you eat or drink something and laughs when you thought you were being healthy-ish. She is the total package and your personal cheerleader. Love her! Do yourself a favor and get in touch with her!!!
Hiring Alton as a personal trainer is one of the best things I've ever done. Alton is a great motivator he makes each one of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.
Having Evan as my trainer has changed me. Unlike some trainers, Evan's creativity in strength training is different from the rest, not to mention his positive fun personality really keeps you motivated and in check. He really cares about his clients healthy well being. I went in weighing 155lbs; by going to his group class a few times a week and eating right I dropped down to 127lbs. Losing 22 inches of fat. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVAN AT TOUGH FITNESS DALLAS! HE ROCKS!

As a hopeful candidate to be a U.S. Army Special Forces operator, I was beyond impressed with the work that Liz did with me. She not only helped me achieve a superior level of fitness with HIIT training, she also trained me to be a superb swimmer so that I may excel in Combat Dive School (the same school Navy SEALs go through). Her knowledge of outstanding exercises combined with her high energy and motivating personality make her an excellent trainer. The only thing that could have improved my experience with her would have been to sign up for more sessions, but unfortunately I needed to report for the intense training that Liz had so adequately prepared me for.
This place has been a really great experience for me. One on one training is just what I needed to help me meet my goals.

Alix is a great personal trainer. He is extremely personable and patient. He started with an assessment to lay out a perfect plan for me. He always demonstartes exercises and makes sure that I understand the importance of each exercise. He is very flexible to work with my schedule. On top of that, he is someone who provides support and encouragement but not pressure. He also provided meal plans and nutritional information which is of great use. I would recommend him with no hesitation if you want to achieve your fitness/health goals.
I hired Brittan to train me at my home and to help me find a variety of ways to strengthen my entire body while working around a heavily deteriorated spine and damaged hip. We work around my chronic pain and when a particular exercise becomes painful (versus challenging), he always has an alternative for me to try. I highly recommend him for his existing knowledge, continued efforts to learn more, great attitude, dependability and effectiveness no matter your fitness level or abilities. I always feel heard amid the extensive list of constraints doled out by my body, doctors and physical therapists, which has led me to trust Brittan with the exercises he provides me and encouragement he gives as I fight my physical battles.
It is great training with Hanya. She keeps you motivated and helps you to reach your fitness goals. There are a variety of exercises to keep you challenged. I noticed results right away.
