Kelly and her staff are very friendly. I've tried their Barre, Zumba and yoga classes. It's been an amazing experience. I love working out in the morning in this class and be done with it for the rest of day. They do fantastic job with correcting your poses and giving you tips. I do recommend this class to anyone.
Kirsten is an amazing yoga teacher and i am so glad we met her. My son has learnt so much in such a short time and we plan to continue the yoga and meditation lessons for the long-term. I would highly recommend using her for both adults and children. She has gone above and beyond our expectations.
Wonderful and experienced teacher, open to her students with creative modifications to either intensify a pose or work around limits. AMAZING Yin Yoga -so many benefits-Jamie shares her truly healing gifts!
The cardio/yoga class is great. It is a comfortable setting and everyone is welcome no matter their work out level. I enjoy the instructors insight and knowledge. She takes time to meet each students needs. I highly recommend her services!
I have loved my time taking yoga with Atali as my instructor. One of my major goals for the new year was to improve and develop my yoga practice. I had taken a few courses here and there but found it difficult to fully focus on the practice because I felt self conscious about my ability. I was recommended by a friend to attend one of Atali's classes, and have continued to attend ever since. Atali made me feel comfortable embracing the journey and accept that where my practice is today is a necessary step for the growth that is to come. Her love for the practice is expressed through her positive and uplifting approach to teaching, while she is compassionate for where you are in your practice she also encourages and guides you to move beyond your comfort zones. I would highly recommend anyone desiring to incorporate a yoga practice into their lives to seek out Atali. She is an inspiring and vibrant person and is passionate about helping others.

I really enjoyed my session with Shayla. It was my first time doing yoga and she helped me get into some of the positions and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely try this again.
My children participated in kemetic yoga and it was such an amazing experience for them. They retained so much knowledge and have grown in many ways in a short amount of time! Lukisha made it a point to answer all of my questions in a timely and professional manner as well as classes were timely. I highly recommend Lukisha for all your kemetic arts!
Stephanie is an amazing instructor. For not having any yoga experience private lessons were a must for me. She carefully led me through different poses and taught me correct form and technique throughout the whole class. I have been extremely active my whole life and have never worked up a sweat like I did in her class! Absolutely amazing!
First time for yoga and she made it simple and easy. She is very knowledgeable. I totally recommend her!
I sweat, smile and be amazed. I feel ageless with a hot yoga series designed to revitalize and detoxify your whole body from inside out bones to skin and fingertips to toes.
Emilee Bowen Yoga creates a space for every yogi, beginner or well-practiced, to explore their mind, body and spirit through asana (poses), meditation and pranayama (breath). Emilee began practicing yoga just after graduating college as a means to escape the hustle and bustle of her career in the corporate world. At first, yoga was a great way to sweat out stresses and to find focus and clarity. Over time, she began to uncover the detoxifying and spiritual qualities of yoga. She realized that yoga gave her the ability to completely let go, to gain a deeper understanding of herself, and to find a connection to the community around her. The journey she encountered over the first few years of her practice left her enlightened, inspired and eager to dive deeper. Emilee's classes teach students of all levels alignment and foundation techniques for their practice with clear instruction and adjustments so that they may safely move into depth and flexibility with time. Emilee encourages all students to fall in love with their practice and to embrace the journey, wherever it may lead!
I began my journey with yoga about 3 years ago and have practiced almost everyday since. I believe that yoga is an accessible practice to all ages and body types and with consistent practice, it is amazing the progress that your body and soul will make. This practice will allow you to sculpt your ideal body, free your true self, and transform your life. I teach power vinyasa flow yoga. This practice is a powerful and energetic form of yoga where students learn to fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breath to their movements. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session. It is the perfect blend of sweat and serenity. Though my focus is making the practice accessible to all ages and body types, I also like to play and have fun with arm balances and inversions!

I'm working on a website and such now. I'm a 200-hour certified yoga instructor. I'm new to the Dallas area. I'm certified through YogaWorks out of California. I can instruct beginners or advanced in vinyasa yoga or sports-specific stretch. I've been involved in the fitness and yoga world for over 15 years, and I love what I do.
My clients receive a custom yoga program tailored to their specific needs. Weight loss, strength building, increased flexibility, are the physical benefits of yoga. Reduced anxiety, lowering stress and an overall sense of peace and well-being are the mental affectations that accompany a consistent practice. We accomplish all of this together as you learn about yogic philosophy and asana (poses.)
I encourage understanding and participating in the purpose of each pose, not the picture. With the practice of patience, comforting and creativity I have discovered new ways to be good at life. And life is FUN when you're good at it.

I am an at-home yoga instructor and trainer. I am willing to travel up to 30 miles away from where I am located in North Dallas to meet with clients. I have been practicing yoga since I was 16 and teaching since I was 18. I'm only 20 years old but I love what I do, and just trying to make a living out of it!
As a mother of two young children and a practicing yogini in North Dallas, I have found incredible strength, confidence and inner peace with the daily practice of yoga and meditation! As many multitasking individuals deal with daily stresses of careers, traffic and deadlines, I hope to offer an opportunity to relax, reflect and find bliss in a chaotic world. Specializing in vinyasa, restoration and meditation, I hope to spread the joy of yoga to all! Namaste.
