Kelly and her staff are very friendly. I've tried their Barre, Zumba and yoga classes. It's been an amazing experience. I love working out in the morning in this class and be done with it for the rest of day. They do fantastic job with correcting your poses and giving you tips. I do recommend this class to anyone.
Kirsten is an amazing yoga teacher and i am so glad we met her. My son has learnt so much in such a short time and we plan to continue the yoga and meditation lessons for the long-term. I would highly recommend using her for both adults and children. She has gone above and beyond our expectations.
Yoga I love Atali yoga teaching classes. She is my favorite teacher and the best thus far in my 30+ years of practice Her flow is very well balanced and her directions are Precise and concise. You can flow with your eyes closed and listen to her harmonious voice. She instills a sense of peace during the flow which makes you feel refreshed. Her flow is chalenging but She offers modifications and she is hands on if you wish to be corrected . She demonstrates the poses as well. Namaste

I love going to yoga with Mallory! As a beginner of yoga, I have never felt embarrassed or awkward while practicing. Mallory creates a relaxing and rewarding experience. She also implements lessons and real world feelings into her classes. I have even been able to take what I have learned from her and apply it to my daily life, such as using breathing techniques or stretches when I feel stressed. I would absolutely recommend attending. After one class, you will want to keep going back!
My experience with Kemetic yoga has been wonderful. Lukisha is an excellent teacher. One of the best I have ever been to. She is knowledgeable, extremely attentive to the class and fun! I can guarantee if you take her class you will not be disappointed!

Vanessa is a compassionate, patient, and overall amazing person who exposed me to yoga in a meaningful way. I cannot stress just how cool and real this young woman is - Besides her character, she knew after one session what sort of yoga style to switch me to and it helped me immensely. She is an expert in all style s of yoga but she doesn't act like a yoga snob. She is also all about the person in front of her - she is so unselfish and so dialed in to what you are doing. She models the positions alongside you and gently corrects - she also begins and ends the sessions with deep things and I feel wiser and stronger because of my times with her. Her little yoga studio under her apartment is perfect for escaping the world - Everything was amazing - I'm telling you: "Forget yoga classes and forget any other private yoga instructor - You will not find a better human, yoga guru, or mentor than Vanessa Zamora."
Jami has impressed me since I have been going to Yoga Jax studio for the last couple of months. She has led me in both flow yoga and meditation in hour long private and group classes. She is personal - not just leading, but pulling the best out of me. She leads by both verbal instructions and doing the poses along side me. I never feel pandered to or looked down upon. Actually, quite the opposite - I feel like I don't need to be "better" before I go to her classes - I can just come as I am with no judgment from her. She is focused on we students the whole time class is in session. (Doesn't seem like her mind is wandering away from us.) Last but not least, I like her smile and love her passion. In an age of chain stores, It is good to experience good-old-fashioned customer service given by someone who clearly has a passion for her profession.
Stephanie is an amazing instructor. For not having any yoga experience private lessons were a must for me. She carefully led me through different poses and taught me correct form and technique throughout the whole class. I have been extremely active my whole life and have never worked up a sweat like I did in her class! Absolutely amazing!

I used to teach aerobics for years at Rockwell International in Dallas, Texas. I previously owned a Tae Kwon Do school, but I went on to study Tai Chi and yoga.
