Cathy was such a delight to work with. Throughout the wedding planning process, people were asking me, "So, are you stressed?". And I would think about it, and respond, "Not really!". Cathy and her team made the experience so easy. She knew what I liked, and contributed wonderful ideas that matched my personality. She also did a TON of the work... buying decorations, editing invitations, making place cards, communicating with all of the vendors, etc.! She remained organized, level-headed, and patient with our indecisiveness. I would HIGHLY recommend Cathy and her team to any brides who want to truly enjoy the wedding planning experience. I honestly have no idea how my family and I would have been able to survive the process without her!

We are incredibly thankful for Tiffany! She was absolutely amazing and very professional throughout the entire ceremony and reception process. I could not have asked for a better day-of coordinator. I regret not hiring her earlier into the wedding planning as a full wedding planner! She came into the picture when I had mostly everything settled. But she did have to deal with a few bumps in the road. Magnificent professionalism. Our wedding day was stress-free because I knew she had everything under control. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. She even surprised us with a little video the morning after our wedding. We loved watching the little clips and pictures she took throughout the day. Thank you Tiffany!

Lynn planned our entire wedding in March 2018. She did an amazing job! My friends and family are still raving about what a great day it was. The venue was perfect, food was exceptional, DJ made the party rock, cake was awesome, and the photographer captured it all perfectly. Everything went very smoothly. Most important, Lynn listened to my fiancé, and basically held her hand for almost a year. She kept her calm because she thought through all the details. She took care of everything so that both of us could relax and really enjoy the wedding. I could not imagine how things would have gone without Lynn. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Kristen was. I'm not going to lie -- my husband fought me on hiring a wedding planner. He thought we did not need one and we shouldn't worry about it. However, immediately after the wedding, as we were driving away, he said, "The best investment we made for this wedding was Kristen." Kristen made our day unforgettable. Everybody warned me that I would not remember a detail about my wedding day because I would be so preoccupied before and during the wedding. Kristen made sure to take all of the responsibility and details of the wedding into her own hand. She organized parts of the wedding that my husband and I did not know existed in a wedding. She made sure we were fed, our drinks were full, and that we were having fun. I would hire Kristen a thousand times again. She dealt with my crazy attitude, with my family, and even kept my husband's groomsmen in check. If you hire Kristen, you will be getting your moneys worth. She is amazing and I highly recommend her services!

For anyone considering hiring a wedding planner, I recommend that you use Karen with RK Meetings. Karen was always on top of things and by my side the whole process of planning my wedding! She kept us on track with the deadlines we set for ourselves, made sure that we stayed on budget, and she was consistently in contact with the vendors to make sure everything was perfect. She had so many great suggestions of ways to incorporate in our aviation theme into all aspects of our wedding and our visions combined created one of the most unique weddings any of my friends or family had ever been to. She directed while leaving plenty of room for the day to be our own unique vision. She made the planning process so smooth for us and had a timeline for our big day broken down by every 5 minutes! Every detail was strategically planned and coordinated. Karen made my wedding day amazing. I don't know what I would have done without her. Everything about our reception was perfect and her hard work all night was key to pulling it off! My friends and family still compliment me on how it was “one of the most fun and creative weddings they’ve ever been to!”

We hired Janelle just a few days before the wedding and we were so happy that we did! Se did a custom pkg for us that ended up being perfecdt for us. She had a package for set up and clean up, and we did that but we also added a few separate services. She put together all of our centerpieces, picked up my dress and helped with some other crafts that I hadn't finished. Withoug hiring her, I don't know if I would have walked down the aisle with my hair done or not! I only wish that I had hired her sooner!
