FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each individual is different and whether you choose to have in person training or work well through an online setting will determine the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step I take with each potential client is sending out a quote. If that quote is accepted I set up a FREE (always will be) initial assessment where I get background info, and aim to break the ice to begin building a strong client/trainer relationship. In that time we'll also discuss current regiments, I'll assess the clients physical state, checking for multiple things and we'll set some specific goals. After the assessment within a few days I will ask for payment upfront and begin to build the clients program. Then we'll go from there, working together the make sure your safely and progressively working towards your goal(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am nationally certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), CPR & AED certified and currently working to compete my Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS) course.
