Kelly and her staff are very friendly. I've tried their Barre, Zumba and yoga classes. It's been an amazing experience. I love working out in the morning in this class and be done with it for the rest of day. They do fantastic job with correcting your poses and giving you tips. I do recommend this class to anyone.
I am privileged to be working the Enlighten program with Jeanne long distance. I was wary at first, but knowing Jeanne's character, I know she isn't going to waste her time or mine with something that is subpar. So I jumped right in. She has been truly encouraging, available, as well as a font of information and affirmatives. I would follow her anywhere! I would give anything to be closer and be able to take her yoga classes. She has the most engaging attitude, she helps you realize that you ARE capable and worthy!

Trena is fantastic. She comes to my office twice a week and teaches a class for all my employees. She has been working with us for three months now and all of us feel healthier, less stressed, and happier. She truly cares about each individual person and she is an incredibly good teacher. Always making sure we are in the proper positions and form. She is so warm, friendly, and has a TON of knowledge about Yoga and living a healthier life.
