Just had my initial consultation with Blair. Started off by discussing my goals and what Blair can offer to achieve those goals. He’s a well-informed trainer, be it about workouts or nutrition, and very professional. We took my measurements and then he showed me around the gym before getting a taste of what’s to come - I was winded within 10 minutes; which has me asking for more. After our session, I signed up with him on his monthly plan. Looking forward to what the future holds.

    I offer Subscription-type training, and session packages purchased in advanced. I'd be happy to break these down for you but know that I have plans that accommodate all budgets. Cost can start as low as $10/session. (Plan dependent)

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I begin with an Initial assessment and make note of their background and goals before designing a program the fits their training frequency, fitness level, and goals.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    BS Kinesiology, MS Exercise Physiology, Certified Exercise Physiologist, Certified Personal Trainer.
