Latest Review: Best personal trainer I've ever had. I'm in the military and got flagged because of my weight, I have those birthing hips and thunder thighs. I knew I had to do something about it but did not have the self motivation to do it on my own. A coworker recommended Steve. When we met, it was nothing like I had expected. Our first meeting was very professional, we talked about what my goals and expectations were but not only that, he was also very direct about his requirements and what he would expected of me. I was impressed by his seriousness about the expected results and my commitment to the goal. Steve was very encouraging, checked in on me on my off days to make sure I was sticking to my meal plan, reminded me to keep hydrated " that was my enemy" I was never able to drink the recommended amount of water, and inquired how I was feeling after the workouts. He kept a record of my progress. When I would get depressed he would show me how well I was doing eventhough I wasn't feeling that way. When I felt that I should be seeing more results he kept reassuring me that it would take something, but not to give up. He pushed me to the best of my ability, showing me how far I could go, he was very concerned about my knee injury and made sure I would never do anything to further aggravate it or make it worse. He constructed my exercise routine and meal plan to match my body type. We all know that "one size does NOT fit all". Overall it was a very good experience, I kept seeing him even after I had met my 1st set of goals. There is always room for improvement, so I kept going. Anyways, I lost 22 lbs in less than 8 weeks, 3 days a week. I went from 185 lbs to 163 lbs, passed my tape the very next month and was way under my "Fat" percentage allow. 22 lbs in 8 weeks!!!
I am PCSing to another duty station but I plan on doing online sessions with Steve. If you're not serious about reaching your goals or making the sacrifice for yourself, don't waste his time. If you truly want results and someone who genuinely cares about your health and fitness go see Steve.
