I really like the variety of cardio and strength training of each session and she continues to challenge me to increase intensity and endurance. And, the TaiChi/Yoga Fusion class is awesome! I have been taking studio and private yoga sessions with Michelle Bowles for almost two years. I began as a tagalong with my wife but because of Michelle's comfortable but persistent guidance into yoga I began soon to realize and experience the mental and physical benefits of the practice. Through her guidance I have discovered a new level of relaxation and many of the aches and pains I had accepted as the inevitable result of advancing age have greatly diminished. My previous sciatica problem has improved 90% under Michelle's knowledgeable guidance. She is a serious and persistent professional who is also a warm and caring human being who is as devoted to responding to the individual needs of the members of her studio classes as those of her private clients. Michelle's only drawback is that there is only one of her.

Emily combines contemporary dance flow with yoga in her classes. It really loosens those tight spots, and especially helped with my back. After a week of sitting over work at your job, your back really gets out wack. She puts a lot of thought into the meditation at the end of the class. She also helps you understand more about each pose that you can't really get in other classes. I highly recommend you try her class!
