Keto Roofing is the best roofing company we have ever used. Eric dealt with our insurance company to ensure we received the best roof possible. Keto did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. Eric followup to ensure that his crew done a great job and to make sure we were happy. I would definitely recommend Keto Roofing !!!
Joe Janssen and Quick Roofing have been my roofing company for 2 years, after my roof needing replacing due to leaks. My roof looks great, and he's called and reinspected every now and then over the two years. I have nothing but good things to say. I recommend him highly.
Provided excellent service. Came ready to work and came back the following day to complete the job and at a reasonable rate. Will us again and again!! Painting, stucco repairs, and caulking!!
I hired Jefer roofing to replace shingles for my roof. He was fair and did a good job. I would recommend him to my friends.
I had Butler Construction paint the exterior of my home. Jim patiently waited for me to choose my color and gave me painters advise when asked. It took weeks to decide. My home was painted in one day and it looks amazing. I would definitely recommend him for any construction/paint projects you have. He was not the cheapest quote but he worked with me and came down to be comparable with the two other quotes I received......which by the way never took the time to follow up with me after the initial quote. You snooze you lose!
Keystone gave a free estimate on roofing repair work based on a homebuyers inspection report. His quote was right in line with the one the current home owner received. Ultimately as part of our negotiation we let owner's use their contractor at no charge to us. I'll call Keystone for future work though. He got us a quote fast!
Edgar Marquez was one of the best Roof Installer with my home improvement work done. I highly recommend it to whom need to new roofing install. Very good job Edger!!!
Rhett and Select Construction have done the roof on two houses for me. Him and Steve are both great to work with, and their crews do an excellent job. They don't consider the job complete unless it is done right, and that attention to detail and quality is why I will always go to them first for any roofing, gutter, and should I need it, fencing repairs.
I wanted to remodel my business, including adding new offices, painting, and some electric work. I began taking estimates and finally chose CARSA Construction & Roofing and I am super glad I did. CJ and his partner Alfredo were always prompt, courteous and informative. They are very competitive and do quality work. I have used them to remodel my restroom at home and would highly recommend them!
It was an Awesome experience dealing with Ross/Dynamo Construction & Remodeling team. Ross helped me in my Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling work. He delivered more than what he had promised. He made any last minute changes with a smiley face. All the worker, starting from tiling team to Granite and carpenters were very professional, respectful and dependable. I will love to hire them again, if I will need any construction related work in future and will recommend Dynamo to anyone. I wish Ross all the success in his endeavors !!!
We hired Roberto for a fairly large size job, installing approx 2500 sq ft of wood flooring and painting 80% of a 3300 sq ft house. Robertos crew did a great job and were very professional. I highly recommend.
We had Adam out to fix our broken fence and replace the trim around a window. He showed up on time, and did a great job on the work.
Just got my roof done by JDp Roofing. At Mesquite. Job well done, good quality, nice and good attitude from all workers, when they finished they cleaned arroud the hose very good. I'm very happy with this company and best of all good price.
What started as a re-roofing job turned into a remodel! Work is still in progress, but a few weeks in they are ahead of schedule. Ridgeline took down our tiny, falling down front "porch" and put up a new one that is big enough to have a party on. Also in the works are bathroom updates with all new floors, fixtures and tile. Framing crew were excellent, you could tell from the way they worked that they took pride in their work. And cleaning up after themselves every day.
Roofscapes did a complete remodel for my business. Replaced over 5500 square foot of floors. We did 2 types of hardwood and tile, as well as commercial floor product. Painted the entire inside with 18 foot walls, and built a reception desk. We also updated and remodeled the locker room and shower area, it turned out beautiful. We got a great job on schedule and on budget. Our project turned out so well I had Roofscapes redo my house. New roof at a great price, kitchen complete with cabinets and granite. Master bath that feels like a modern spa, new paint and floors. I love my house thank you Roofscapes!
Clay tiles damaged from wind on the home, I was assured a careful inspection will take place to bid damage which may not exceed home insurance deductible. This is very helpful to avoid opening a claim on the home insurance & loosing the claim free discount on the home insurance each year.
Rutger Contracting did a great job remodeling my bathroom. It is exactly what I wanted and they even brought better ideas to the table before we started to make it better. The workers were on time and did a great job cleaning after themselves every day before they left. I love my new bathroom and would recommend Rutger Contracting to everyone for your contracting needs!
Overall I am extremely happy with the results and finished product Precision Roofers and Remodeling (PRR) delivered. The before/after pictures speak volumes to the impeccable work PRR delivers. The attention to detail when tiling and positioning of the fixtures went way beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them for any of your bathroom improvements. After several bids and discussions, I decided to hire PRR to do the four major improvements in my scope of work. Guest Bath – removed bathtub and converted to full shower, added exhaust fan, re-tiled floor and framed mirror. Jack & Jill Bath – Re-tiled bathtub, added shower sliding door, painted cabinets and wall, added a heater/fan, re-tiled floor and framed mirror. Master Bath – Removed sunken tub, converted 9’ area into “shower area”, added new exhaust fans, painted vanity and built-ins, replaced brass mirror sliding closet door with French doors, tiled entire floor through the closet, painted closet. Kitchen – Added custom built-in pantry, painted all the cabinets, new double oven (replaced original Jenn-Air), added custom cabinet above cook-top, installed over the counter microwave and added additional pot lights in breakfast nook. The decision to choose PRR was primarily based on the high quantity of top reviews on Thumbtack, the photos of completed projects and the total bid cost. I never revealed my total budget for performing the work to any bidder, but PRR's bid (not the lowest) came slightly under this allowing me to complete everything originally wanted without cutting one of the projects or affecting quality of finishes. It was also about 35% under the highest bidder. The tile, grout and fixtures were not included in the bid as expected so be sure to adjust your budget accordingly. I highly underestimated the cost of the finishes, but went with what I wanted regardless, so going over my budget slightly was completely my fault. As with any project, as each improvement was underway, I added some details not in the original scope. I expected these additions to substantially increase the original bid, but PRR considered most part of the original scope and only had 3 change orders where labor or material cost was affected. Danny Conrad (owner) came up with an equitable distribution of the bid into 2 separate projects with 1/3 payment of each project due at the beginning, about two-thirds through completion another 1/3 payment and then the final 1/3 payment upon completion of the project. It’s imperative to understand that PRR has a small crew and is how the bid was 35% under my highest bidder. The result is the total project duration being longer than a larger crew. PRR only worked on a single bathroom at a time which was my preference since we would still be living here during the work and still have full access to the other two. The larger crew bid I received was going to be working on two bathrooms and the kitchen simultaneously which would have been too much to live through. Personally, the lower cost, attention to detail a small crew delivered with my projects far outweighed the amount of time it took to finish the entire 4 projects. To put in perspective though, each of the smaller bathrooms only took about 2 week’s give and take a couple of days. This was basically the same time estimate I received from the other bids. Thanks Precision Roofers and Remodeling for leaving me with bathrooms that are statement pieces in my house and a long line of friends and family that want to experience my spa like “Shower Area”.
