I have been training with Ashley 2-3 times per week for the last 2.5 years with the focus being on overall fitness with an emphasis on core and lower body strength. I have seen dramatic improvement in my core/lower body strength. When I first started training with Ashley, I had constant pain in my knees. Now, I never have problems with my knees. The exercises vary each workout which keeps the training sessions fresh. The sessions are a combination of cardio and working on several body parts and go by quickly. I'm now to do point of looking forward to my training sessions.

I have to work around several old injuries , she has been miraculous in getting me back into shape and at a fitness level that has reenergized and changed my life.
