What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yet another facet of my business that sets me apart from other inspectors is my flat fee pricing system! All I need to know is the location of the property to be inspected, and I can give you a no frills, simple fee! I don't charge extra for travel, or crawlspaces, or other systems that most other inspectors charge extra to inspect.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I pride myself on providing the very best customer service possible. Being first time buyer friendly is also what sets me apart from the rest!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've completed 450+ hours of education and training, providing the highest level of licensing available in the state of Texas.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love helping people find the answers to those often nagging questions that many home buyers may have: what if?? what does this mean?? how can I avoid investing in a money pit??
What types of customers have you worked with?
First time buyers
Experienced home buyers
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask how long it takes them to complete an average inspection. You aren't paying by the hour so why would you want an inspector that's hurrying to complete the inspection? Do they have somewhere more important to be?
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Is this home inspector motivated to take care of my best interests?
