The Aquatic Academy
About this pro
When my student swims across the pool or jumps in unassisted, their eyes are so bright, and their smiles are so big, it makes me proud to be a part of that moment. I can see they caught my love of swimming.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?I was blessed enough to group up with free swimming lessons and a free swim team. I remember learning how to swim and have enjoyed several jobs in the aquatic industry. I can not offer free lessons, but I want to give the best lessons possible so I can help one person love swimming, or keep one person from a swimming accident, I know I've made a positive influence. I do this for my kids.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Look for small classes, mature instructors, and a passion for swimming. The Red Cross Learn to Swim program provides basic steps to learn how to swim. A great instructor will use these steps to ensure the best possible outcome.
