- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NO HIDDEN FEES - EVER! We strongly believe in upfront and transparent pricing and treat others the way we want to be treated. We will disclose everything upfront and ensure to detail anything in writing so you have all the information beforehand. We do not use any underhanded tactics to try and sneak in additional charges after the fact. No way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will walk the client through everything in detail, answer any questions, and once we move forward, our scheduler will connect to schedule the project. If the client needs help with selecting products or advice on layout and colors, we can assist with that as well! We will keep the client posted regularly throughout the process so you can get your home back sooner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
22+ years in the flooring and bathroom remodeling spaces so we know our industry very well. That's involved dozens of class training programs, factory visits, intensive week-long courses, and countless inspections of various flooring and bathroom projects. We perform overnight water tests on ALL showers and offer a lifetime no-leak guarantee on all our shower work.
