From Foie Gras to Ossetra Caviar I get them all). -Serve Safe certified. -Price starts from $150- $200 per person, i cannot go lower (the higher you pay, it’s for the quality of ingredients). I do not have a set menu for my customers to choose, instead I will draft the menu according to you!👏

Our dinner with Chef Khanh was fantastic. The entire process from customizing the menu to the kitchen being left cleaner than when he arrived couldn't have been smoother. The food was truly high-end restaurant food cooked in our own kitchen. Would gladly select Chef Khanh for similar events in the future.

Chef Khanh did a fantastic job for our small birthday dinner for 6. We asked for a French themed dinner and he worked with us until we had the perfect menu for the group. He did 4 beautifully plated courses: bread/butter, salad, soup, a chicken dish, and lamb entree. He was very professional and responsive from start to finish and left the kitchen sparkling clean. The guests were all very impressed.

    $100-200/ person. I’ll make the menu accordingly.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I draft menu, you fix it. I go buy the ingredients and prepare. I will come to your place 1.5-2hr prior to service. I cook, clean and be professional.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I worked in high end fine dining, also hotels, resorts. I was also a private chef for multiple families (long term) for over 3 years
