We hired Dan to install a toilet. He was prompt, responsive, professional, and performed quality work. He even helped fix our pocket door that was stuck. His prices were also very reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

Plumb Perfect came to my rescue! Just three before Christmas & with out-of-town guests, I had no functioning toilet & a slow draining tub. Michael was able to come out within hours of my contacting him, wrestle with my obstinate tree root issue in the cold rain, rebuild one toilet, replace both toilet wax rings, & replace one of my water supply valves. He explained what was causing my issues and recommended things I could do to prevent further trouble. Plus he even gave me a tool to use for any future toilet clogging trouble! And after everything he had to do, I was expecting a MUCH higher bill than what I actually paid. I am definitely planning on hiring Plumb Perfect for my next plumbing project!

One day I had a small project of replacing a kitchen faucet, that turned quickly into a nightmare of a gushing water leak from the supply lines under the sink. What had happened was, I went under the sink to shut off the water, and the connector to the ice maker was loose. When I tried to tighten the connector it broke, and that's when my kitchen was about to be flooded. due to the fact that the connector was installed before the cutoff valve. So while I lay under the sink trying to manually hold the connector in place, my wife had to make a call. This was on a Saturday of course. We new this was a job for "The Fixxer". So we called and he came out, first he had to cut off the water valve so our kitchen wouldn't flood, then he put a professional style connector on with a dual valve and cut-off so we don't have that same problem again. He also connected the ice maker line that had not been connected yet. and assisted in the installation of the faucet. Professional work, done at a reasonable price, in a timely manner, on a Saturday!

They were on time and completed work efficiently. Their prices are way above market and I was way overcharged for a disposal replacement. We had them look at our toilet handle that was broken as well and they quoted $150 for a "partial rebuild." All my toilet needed was a new $10 handle which I bought at Home Depot and put on myself. The original reason for the call was my shower pressure has diminished greatly. They suggested I replace the shower head (which I ended up doing on my own after buying a new one from Home Depot). When I got home from work (my wife was there during the work being done) the kitchen sink faucet (where they replaced the garbage disposal) is not so loose I have to hold it still with one hand to turn it on and keep it from coming out of the frame. I am having the same issue with my shower handle where they removed the shower head to verify it just needed a new one.
