Sai responded to me almost immediately first off. My piano had been neglected for a while, and Sai approached the tuning with such patience and skill. He examined the piano thoroughly, gave us our space worked fast and, and the results were phenomenal—every note rings out perfectly now. He even pointed out a small issue with the pedals and fixed it on the spot. I’m so impressed especially him being a young man!
