Chuck was able to engage with my 15 year old daughter right from the start and was able to help her understand Algebra 1 and pass the class. He explains mathematical operation in a variety of ways until the students grasps the concept. Now he is helping her during the summer to get a head start on Geometry. Chuck is very easy to work with and super flexible. Just don't use him too much because WE NEED HIM!
Aaron tutored our daughter in Pre-AP Geometry. She was struggling the first semester to the point of wanting to drop the class. We looked to the school for tutor assistance with no real results. Then we found Tutor by Design. After the first session, everything just started clicking and she turned her grade from failing to a B for the year. Each six weeks her knowledge and confidence improved. Aaron would have the class lessons ready for her by viewing the teacher's website. No time was wasted during their sessions. He was always prepared and answered any questions she had. He was accommodating to our schedules and was attentive to her way of learning. We definitely recommend Tutor by Design and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again in the future.
It has been a very good experience working with Jesse. He has helped our daughter to improve her geometry skills and understanding within a few weeks. We are looking forward to continue our work with Jesse.

I would highly recommend her; she is an extremely efficient tutor who vetts her instructors carefully and with dedication to delivering exceptional service to the clients.
