I can’t say enough good things about Laura. I was on a search to find enjoyment again through working out. I’d tried all sorts of group workouts, different gym classes and even a personal trainer at a gym, without success. I was becoming discouraged and beginning to feel a bit hopeless. I found Laura through Thumbtack and I couldn’t be more thankful! I actually enjoy working out again. Laura’s is wonderful. She creates a really safe environment with lots of support, encouragement, motivation and never moment of judgment. Since starting with Laura I’ve noticed a difference in my energy level, excitement to be active again and overall happiness. Her focus on form and safety is a welcome change from many other fitness professionals. Not to say she doesn’t push you hard, but she does it safely and I can’t say enough about that. The variety of her workouts is wonderful and keeps it fun and exciting, the hour flies by. Her professionalism is impeccable. She is extremely diligent with her timeliness and great with communication. She has been very accommodating and flexible when life events occasionally come up. I am so thankful to have found Laura. It is rare that you find someone who conducts themselves with the professionalism and passion as Tanner does. There is no pressure, Tanner does an excellent job at making sure you are there for the right reasons. I walked in after already losing some weight on my own, but I wanted more. I wanted to start lifting and finally get into better shape. The routine(s) Tanner has given me are varied and adequately challenging. It is very clear that his experience alone is plenty to help guide and develop any goal you set. I may be new to the personal training world as a client, but I am not new when it comes to recognizing skill and professionalism. Having worked out on my own (on and off) for a couple of years I reached the point where I needed that extra push to really accomplish my personal goals. Enter Tammy with Austin Mobile Gym. Due to my busy schedule I needed someone that could meet me at my home and work with a crazy schedule and she accomplishes that with a smile. The workouts aren't complicated and stick to the fundamentals. Tammy pushes each workout without taking on the drill sergeant persona, which is awesome.
