These guys are AMAZING! My move was complicated because every POD container was a surprise to move, from the way it was packed, to where it went. Inside, outside, garage, attic AHGGG! They took care of everything. Treated me with respect and my belonging with care and concern. Never, even a complaint from them. If you use anybody else, you are going to regret it. Seriously. this move was over 7 days, 1 container per day, floating delivery times from PODs and weather! I have things like giant wall units, sofas, household goods and a 8 ft, grand piano, my late father-in-law's tools, wood working stuff and Holiday Accessories. Did I mention the ride on lawn mower? The job was to receive 1 POD per day for 10 days and empty it into Climate Control or Garage Storages. Not only did they have to move it, they had to do this while I am 1,500 miles away. I had to return to San Diego half way through this project. Leaving 3/4 of the containers to be unloaded and put into storage. They worked without me being there, they managed the entire move without me. What a great experience. They sent pictures of the contents and I suggested where to place the contents. It was really sad how the previous packers had treated my belongs or PODs while they were in storage. But these guys stepped in and treated my "stuff" like their "stuff". I can't thank American Eagle Relocation for their care, concern, communication and service. I can honestly tell you that I have moved 28 times in my life, worldwide and I have never had such a great experience. I told them I am forever indebted to them for their honesty, caring and I hope they will move my stuff to California when I find a new house. Thanks again Deborah Garrison
