Kirsten has been such a blessing to me in so many ways. I'm new to yoga and decided to pursue it to relieve stress but it has had such a more meaningful impact on me than I ever would have imagine. Kirsten's instruction is patient, encouraging, and spiritual. The perfect combination for a beginner. I am always in a better place after our sessions and miss her when I'm unable to meet. Started with Melissa at the beginning of December. I have enjoyed her Pilates, Extreme Training, and yoga classes. She has a great energy about her and is very patient and let's you go at your own pace. I've had great results!

She is an excellent teacher: structures the class to start gently and really knows the body and what should be warmed up to stretch for peak performance and then a wonderful relaxation. She is caring and can customize for my special needs. I highly recommend her.

Trey is an excellent yoga instructor. He's mindful of all students' aptitudes and inclusive of all students in a mixed-ability class. And unlike many instructors, he provides correction to poses, making sure that you're doing the pose correctly, for maximum benefit and with no harm to yourself. He's a good-natured person, easy-going and approachable. I recommend him highly.
I really enjoyed my session with Shayla. It was my first time doing yoga and she helped me get into some of the positions and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely try this again.
Jami has impressed me since I have been going to Yoga Jax studio for the last couple of months. She has led me in both flow yoga and meditation in hour long private and group classes. She is personal - not just leading, but pulling the best out of me. She leads by both verbal instructions and doing the poses along side me. I never feel pandered to or looked down upon. Actually, quite the opposite - I feel like I don't need to be "better" before I go to her classes - I can just come as I am with no judgment from her. She is focused on we students the whole time class is in session. (Doesn't seem like her mind is wandering away from us.) Last but not least, I like her smile and love her passion. In an age of chain stores, It is good to experience good-old-fashioned customer service given by someone who clearly has a passion for her profession.
