Ryan Lopez says, "I have a home warranty and the coordination between them and the HVAC companies have always been a massive headache. Me and my family have been left sweating for weeks. I skipped them and went to Apollo Air and Nathan came out the same day. They waived a service fee for me and I paid 130 bucks for the work to clear my drain lines. Thats only 40 bucks more than the warranty rate and and it was fixed immediately! Ill be going to Apollo Air again and recommend them. I called, and spoke with the owner of the company, who had his son Donald arrive at my house within an hour. He fixed the break incredibly fast and charged a very fair price for the emergency visit. Beyond the plumbing repair, he also referred me to a water mitigation expert who showed up within the hour as well. They walked me through the entire restoration process, which really helped put my mind at ease during a stressful situation. Annmarie Serrano says, "Called today at 12:30 pm worried because our pilot light went out and even we did trouble shooting could not get it relit. The weekend is going to dip and the upcoming week is going to be cold. Having no hot water was not going to be something doable. Dez was here by 2:45 and was able to fix the problem immediately, did a once over on the water heater (5.5 years old) and noticed some corrosion on piping on top. Did not do a strong arm you need to fix this immediately sell job just gave me facts and a timeframe to fix it and information on what could happen as well as a cost on the fix. I made the decision that since he was already here if he had the parts to go ahead with it. My husband also called and talked about draining the water heater since it has never been done. He completed this as well. The overall cost was well under what I was expecting for the services, Dez was personable, easy to talk with and made the entire situation smoother than expected as I was stressed. I highly recommend the company. I had a wonderful experience."See more
