I was referred to Mr Lawrence and the Techniques to Physiques training system two months ago by one of his long time clients. I have used other trainers in the past but Mr Lawrence took me to another level of training. He made sure that I was using the correct techniques on lifts and once I listened ,my stength almost doubled on the brench , shoulder and squat presses. His use of muscle confusions kept my body using contrasting muscle groups without me even knowing it. His boot camp is one of the best I've ever participated in and each time, I would leave the gym drenched in sweat. His camps and training methods are taylored to the indiviual fitness level and there are no intimidating exercises. His training packages are affordable and he will work with anyones budget. My personal results are as follow, waist from 38in to 34in chest flat to buff, arms from 13in to 16in but the best results I have received are the compliments on how much better and younger I look as a result of me exercising on a regular basis.

I have been participating in Heath's boot camp for a little over two years. I originally took his class to increase my performance during my black belt testing (specifically, push-ups). During the past two years, I have increased my stamina, flexibility, strength...I could go on and on. I have been very impressed how he is able to mix-up his routines...they are never boring and always challenging....i injured my knee a year ago and he was able to modify the routines taking the injury into consideration. He also gave me some strengthening exercises to speed up my recovery. Heath is very knowledgeable in his field and will push you to your limits or rein you in if you are performing the exercise incorrectly. I would recommend this class for everyone....regardless of sex or age. I am a very satisfied customer.

I signed on to work with Jennifer after having seen some pictures of myself at our mutual friend's wedding. Needless to say, the pictures were very telling of the weight I had slowly gained. Jeff provides and very fun, non-intimidating environment to workout in and the workouts are very effective! The workouts incorporate circuit training along with strength training. My body has responded well to these workouts. I have only been training with this fitness group under Jeff's guidance for two weeks and I'm already noticing my clothes hanging differently. A lot of core work is incorporated into the workouts as well and I can feel strength coming back into my body and my core is becoming more stable. Joseph has been my primary trainer for a year and a half. His workouts are challenging and well structured; he is always early to the workout site and comes well prepared. He demonstrates knowledge on how to isolate different muscle groups and modifies workouts on an individual basis as needed to prevent injuries. When you get to the point in your workouts when you start to feel comfortable, Joseph will toss another 'wrench' in the mix to challenge you further. I've been one of Joseph's campers since he started Camp Gladiator-New Braunfels and have witnessed his improvement as a trainer. He does a better job now at keeping his campers on task with their workouts and continues to do an excellent job at correcting form despite the ballooning number of campers(which speaks for his quality of training in itself). I can think of only one area in which improvement could be made. It would be a challenge to campers if he were to bring extra equipment to workouts; tires, fire hoses, etc. I do unsterstand this is not entirely feasible, with lack of vehicle space. However, his workouts do not suffer in any way despite lack of said equipment.

I have been a part of Chad Humphrey fitness for about half a year now and this has to be the only Bootcamp I have stuck with this long. Every day is different, tough, and well worth every dollar I spend there every month. He offers class at all possible convenient times. The groups themselves are great and all exercises cater to everyone's abilities. No one ever feels like they are not strong enough. This is what I think separates this place from crossfit. I would take this over crossfit any day!

The day I walked into matts camp , was the day after I had decided to quit attending CG. When I first started CG I was saddened when all the people around me were so motivated and happy . I lacked motivations and I felt like I didn't even want to attend . I actually felt like I didn't belong . I had a very hard time and was so frustrated at first . I'm so glad that I decided to give it one more shot and look for another location and another trainer . After attending camp with 3 trainers I was so happy and satisfied with Mathews camp !! He was so motivating and welcoming on my first day . I was actullay looking forward to attending Camp after that . The stretches he has us do are so what I need!! I am 45 years old and I need more than a couple of stretches and a warm up lap . I like the variety of excersizes i do and his ability to motivate, challange me and some how still keeps it fun! It feels awesome to be doing a workout and have him walking around telling you good job, stepping in to help you if you're doing an exercise improperly so you won't hurt yourself or giving you modifications if you're not quite at the level to do an exercise. I offer individual, partner, and small group training. Personal training gets results! A comprehensive fitness assessment will take place prior to starting a workout program in order to develop a plan to reach your fitness goals in the fastest, safest, and most effective way possible. Boot Camps: Boot camps are setup as 4-week programs and we'll meet 3x a week, for those four weeks. Boot camps are one hour high-intensity workouts that will combine a variety of body weight exercises with movement and dynamic flexibility drills, plyometrics, agility drills, sprinting, and core exercises that will blast away those calories.
