I've only been workingwithTroy for a little over 2 weeks but I already appreciate the training! He knows how to push me in strength training and does not allow me to say "I can't". I was able to take one of his boot camp sessions and I have to say that can be addicting because its challenging, fast pace, and really allows you to see where you are in regards to fitness. Troy is flexible with my schedule if I have to reschedule a session or come in earlier which I really appreciate. I look forward to reaching my goals with his help!

I signed on to work with Jennifer after having seen some pictures of myself at our mutual friend's wedding. Needless to say, the pictures were very telling of the weight I had slowly gained. My unhealthy lifestyle really snuck up on me, and I didn't know where to start when it came to developing a long term plan to become healthy again. When approaching Jennifer about her training program, I was nervous and hesitant. I knew nothing about 'routine' fitness and was embarrassed to admit I needed help. She was understanding, sympathetic and totally non-judgmental, which made me all the more eager to begin working with her. What I ended up finding out is that fitness and a healthy meal plan doesn't have to be a diet...it's a lifestyle, and it's a slow process. Jennifer helped me realize this, and with her help, I finally had the tools that were necessary in order to be a better, healthier version of me. Working with her was eye-opening, fun and not at all intimidating..and I will use the work-outs and meal plans she gave me for years to come!
I have been participating in Heath's boot camp for a little over two years. I originally took his class to increase my performance during my black belt testing (specifically, push-ups). During the past two years, I have increased my stamina, flexibility, strength...I could go on and on. I have been very impressed how he is able to mix-up his routines...they are never boring and always challenging....i injured my knee a year ago and he was able to modify the routines taking the injury into consideration. He also gave me some strengthening exercises to speed up my recovery. Heath is very knowledgeable in his field and will push you to your limits or rein you in if you are performing the exercise incorrectly. I would recommend this class for everyone....regardless of sex or age. I am a very satisfied customer.
Yesterday was my first day and I really enjoyed it. Jeff is amazing, he challenges you, but he also gives you encouragement. I would highly recommend giving Bunz N Gunz Fit Camp a try.
Joseph is one of the most amazing trainers I've worked with, actually one of my favorites with CG. Always enthusiastic and motivating- which is hard considering we went to his camp that started at 5:30 am. Such an amazing man!
Charles provides excellent instruction and training techniques to get a person to achieving their fitness goals. He is easy to work with and is reliable. The boot camp group sessions are tough but doable.
Great boot camp classes! Chad always changes up the workout and it's always fun! After 3 months, I have never done the same workout twice. Great people, great classes, great instructor.
We had such a great time at Raw Fitness Boot Camp. It really didn't feel like a workout but I could definitely feel the burn the next day. I will be at the next boot camp with friends. I have never enjoyed working out this much. Thank you Raw Fitness.
Cassie is a very dedicated and hardworking individual. She goes above and beyond to make sure her workouts are effective and worthwhile. She also takes the times to plan out possible changes that may need to be done, such as modifications of exercises or location alternatives due to weather. Overall she is a great trainer and I highly recommend working with her or attending one of her camps.

As a Marine and athlete I thought my physical nature was good enough. Savanna helped me strengthen my core and increase my stamina through personal workouts and public classes. It reminded me of boot camp...however, I did lose the excess weight, became stronger and my body showed more detail. Thanks Savanna for your patience and time with me!
The day I walked into matts camp , was the day after I had decided to quit attending CG. When I first started CG I was saddened when all the people around me were so motivated and happy . I lacked motivations and I felt like I didn't even want to attend . I actually felt like I didn't belong . I had a very hard time and was so frustrated at first . I'm so glad that I decided to give it one more shot and look for another location and another trainer . After attending camp with 3 trainers I was so happy and satisfied with Mathews camp !! He was so motivating and welcoming on my first day . I was actullay looking forward to attending Camp after that . The stretches he has us do are so what I need!! I am 45 years old and I need more than a couple of stretches and a warm up lap . I like the variety of excersizes i do and his ability to motivate, challange me and some how still keeps it fun! I'm happy with CG , and I'm so happy with Matt as my trainer !!!
I offer individual, partner, and small group training. Personal training gets results! A comprehensive fitness assessment will take place prior to starting a workout program in order to develop a plan to reach your fitness goals in the fastest, safest, and most effective way possible. Boot Camps: Boot camps are setup as 4-week programs and we'll meet 3x a week, for those four weeks. Boot camps are one hour high-intensity workouts that will combine a variety of body weight exercises with movement and dynamic flexibility drills, plyometrics, agility drills, sprinting, and core exercises that will blast away those calories. You will also receive a cardio program to follow for the duration of those four weeks. Weight and body fat will be measured at the beginning and end of the program to measure your progress.
