I initially set two appointments with this provider. The first appointment had to be rescheduled due to weather which is fine. We rescheduled for another day and the provider became completely unresponsive after days of reaching out by phone, text and email. I intended to have a additional service completed and when asked if that appointment could be kept, again completely unresponsive.

We aim to be competitive without breaking our bottom line. We will always be given honest bid for the job in question
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Basically. We establish a phone contact at first. After recieving the lead, the new client is added to our CRM and contacted by an available Tech or manager. After confirming we can help the client, we set a date for either a free estimate job walk or set a date for the smaller jobs.
