Just finished my first four weeks with WellFit, training with Jeff 45 minutes, three times per week. I never thought I'd get to a point in my life when I would look forward to exercising, but I truly look forward to every single workout!! Jeff is incredible to work with: flexible with my hectic schedule, provides encouragement and support when I need it, and gives advice on how to do things outside my workouts too to help me reach my goals. Patty is awesome as well, I know she's there to answer any questions I might have on nutrition, etc. Definitely looking forward to continuing my "fat to fit" journey with WellFit!
Allow me to say im training with Mr. Lawrence in sports specefic training andit has not been a dull moment.He has showed me multiple weight training movements that i had no idea existed. Im definitely getting better sleep at night from being worn out after tha days workout.

We knew Tommy from another gym that we used to train at. I saw on Instagram that he was training clients at a private gym close to my house. He is very knowledgeable, he is great about accommodating physical limitations as far as finding alternate exercises, does meal plans, etc.
Victoria has been training my husband and I for about a month now...my husband who always talked about needing to exercise just never did...he needed someone to be accountable to. I first started training one on one with Shelby Jones, then had the privilege of training with Alexander Holguin before starting classes. All of the coaches are amazing, they really care about the members and their lives both in and outside the gym. Olympic weightlifting coach Corey Bigelow is fantastic and really helped me with my form after only a few one on ones. Kelly Castellano, Lisa Vasquez, Bryson Miller and Audrey Hernandez are amazing coaches and have taught me so very much! Nathaniel Tennison and Jennifer Pirtle are super awesome coaches and personal trainers!
After a long time of feeling like I would never lose weight no matter how much I worked out, then I found Paul! Like I told Paul I was trained by several trainers who didn't even get me anywhere near where Paul has in just 3 weeks! I started with Paul on December 17th and 3 weeks in I've lost more weight, training with him than I ever have training with other personal trainers. Paul is a great personal trainer because he "walks the walk" and everything just comes naturally to him. From the simple meal plans to the kick your butt workouts. He's motivating throughout your workout and will always give you instruction & correction on your technique. He will also make you think about every muscle your working. Throughout your workout he will interact with you and makes you feel completely comfortable. Paul's the type of trainer that wants to see you succeed and he loves what he does. I've never felt so motivated and inspired as I do and it's thanks to Paul!! You will see the physical changes in his clients and yourself, that's how you will know you made the right decision. I'm so happy that he is working with me and I'm so excited to see what the next month brings!!!
I’ve only been working with Donna for a short time, but I’m already seeing results! I can already lift more weight and do more reps. She creates unique exercise plans that always keep me on my toes (literally!). I know that Donna genuinely cares about my success. Raul is one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. Don't let his age fool you...he knows his craft! He trains, explains to and teaches his clients not only the "what" of what we do, but also the "why". He has the ability to push my limits while keeping my workouts safe ( I have back issues). And more than anything, he motivates me. His positive and up beat energy level is exactly what I need at 500am or 500pm. If ever I don't want to workout, I'm always glad I did after our sessions. I hired them to develop a routine for our girls who wanted to perform at their school's talent show. In one week, they were able to train a bunch of 7 year old girls an awesome routine. they were awesome! the girls really enjoyed the practices and the dancing.
