A coach/trainer should take the time to learn about the client, understand that individual's goals, and provide motivation to achieve them. Chris did all of those things very well. He saw when I was having a good day and would push me harder, or if I were having a bad day, would restructure the workout on the fly to maximize my efforts and results. I have never been stronger in my life and people notice!
Chris's resume is strong and shows his experience training athletes from young kids all the way to professionals. I've seen him coach high school teammates in a fun, but regimented setting. College athletes see Chris to prepare for their upcoming seasons. This guy has the skills to get you to the fitness level you desire!!
$$ Chris doesn't charge enough. Maybe by the time you read this he will have rightfully raised his fees, but in my new location trainers want three times as much per hour and don't give the same personalized attention that I got from Chris.
