I'm very pleased with the results I've had working with Patty as my trainer for the past 3 months. I really like the variety of cardio and strength training of each session and she continues to challenge me to increase intensity and endurance. And, the TaiChi/Yoga Fusion class is awesome! Patty and I are the same age, so I appreciate that she can relate to me as a woman, a driven career oriented person and a mom. I highly recommend Katie! Before the session we had talked on the phone and I described what I was looking for and discussed some ideas. Communication and planning was great, excellent response and input on her part. Long story short, was looking for an activity for my wife's birthday and had the idea to have a group come over to the house for a yoga set. We are all beginners and it was a very casual backyard setting. Katie was punctual and professional and made everyone extremely comfortable. She had a great routine to suit our group and made it a great experience. She is extremely patient and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and will be in touch with Katie for future events. 10/10!

I was fortunate enough to have Sarah as my private instructor during a week-long Yoga retreat. Her kind, patient, respectful and caring demeaner exponentially enhanced my experience. She exposed me to different yoga practices: from a wide range of asanas to breathing exercises. Always attentive to my posture, Sarah adjusted my poses to ensure I was avoiding any injuries.
