Emilio is a fantastic Spanish tutor. I had been learning without a lot of structure for a while so he's really helped me go back and fine-tune my understanding of some of the more tricky elements of Spanish grammar. He also does a good deal of conversation work, which is the hardest thing to practice imo.

My daughter always seemed to have panic attacks leading up to tests. I was desperate to find a way for her to be comfortable especially as SATs were coming up. All I can say is after a few weeks with the tutors and life coaches at Chelsea International Education, my daughter’s confidence level went up a lot. She was not only prepared to take her SATs but her core academic skills have improved tremendously, which has helped her with her AP exams. The fact that all of the Chelsea tutors are fully qualified teachers, I think makes a major difference and really sets them apart. It really is a quality service and I am very happy to recommend them to anyone.

Chris himself is very nice to work with but some of his tutors not so much. As a concerned parent I'd highly recommend to re-evaluate the tutors.

Adria worked with our 5th grade son as a writing tutor from September 2016-January 2017, getting him ready for his magnet school application essays. She was so wonderful to work with (and very flexible with our crazy schedules - seeing him at his Mom and Dad's houses, a different time every weekend, etc). Gus had a great time doing research projects and creative writing with Adria and we really saw his skills improve over the 5 months. She has a wonderful way of letting the student really take on a project and come up with their own ideas. I love how she worked to help Gus find his own voice - not find it for him. It was lots of fun to witness his growth! We would highly recommend Adria and Write Aid!!

My employer was paying for the lessons, so it didn't matter to me, but I found SpeakEZ was the attractive choice for the reasonable pricing as well as the central location after doing some online research. I didn't know what to expect, but I was delighted with that the program was very well structured than I thought from the initial assessment to the textbook with online training tools. Of course, Allison, the instructor, was doing an excellent job from customizing the program to the in-person sessions, which I met 7 times. I thought she was a natural teacher full of compassions and encouragements. After all, I am very pleased with the result and I wish I could take the program a long time ago when I started learning English. Anyway, I strongly recommend SpeakEZ and Allison to anyone who speaks English as the second language!

Emily tutored my 7th and 10th grade sons in reading comprehension and writing. She did an outstanding job, she was very patient with both boys, especially the 7th grader that hates to read. Their grades improved significantly. She started tutoring both boys together only once a week but we increased to twice a week, each of them individually for 90 minutes. If they had special assignments or reports to write, Emily made herself available to work with them above their regular tutoring sessions. She was always very professional and a joy to have around. She got to know the boys and worked with them based on their interests - she is an amazing tutor. I would highly recommend her.
