I did a lot of research and visited three types of gyms to find the right fit for my exercise and nutrition needs. I'm very pleased with the results I've had working with Patty as my trainer for the past 3 months. I really like the variety of cardio and strength training of each session and she continues to challenge me to increase intensity and endurance. And, the TaiChi/Yoga Fusion class is awesome! Patty and I are the same age, so I appreciate that she can relate to me as a woman, a driven career oriented person and a mom. Patty is my best cheerleader and Id recommend her services to anyone wanting to improve their health and life balance! Thanks for believing in me Patty!
Deborah collaborated with Casa Oro Hostel for 8 weeks. She helped us to initiate with the free yoga classes after the re construction of the hostel. She also offered free English classes to our staff and helped with interpretation during our Free Clinic program. She was overall a great collaborator, always available, eager to help, very positive and with a big smile on her face. She never complained about anything and was fully comprehensive when unexpected problems appeared. We would be absolutely happy to have her back anytime. Gracias Deborah!!
I specialize in hatha yoga. I provided a serene atmosphere to center the mind, body, and soul. I would love to share this experience with everyone.
At Total Harmony Yoga, we will help you develop and build on a foundation of yoga postures in the hatha yoga tradition. Yoga poses will be introduced with progression for all students to improve the flow of motion throughout your yoga practice. Using the breath as an essential element, you will move gently through standing and seated poses that will help tone and strengthen the body, improve stamina, flexibility and mobility, and stimulate the relaxation response that can help reduce anxiety and stress -- leaving you in Total Harmony of mind, body and spirit.
I was blessed to be able to receive an hour long Reiki session with Messina. Firstly, she was extremely personable, professional, and punctual. There was a small informal intake between us before she began the session. This was nice because this was my first experience with a Reiki & Chios practitioner. Her gifts are genuine. I truly believe that she is an open channel that Spirit uses. I highly recommend that you retain her services. I plan to have regular sessions, with her, on an monthly basis. My husband is now interested in having a Reiki session as well.
Great teacher, she is clearly passionate and very knowledgable about Yoga. Very easy to follow, especially for beginners.
I have been taking studio and private yoga sessions with Michelle Bowles for almost two years. I began as a tagalong with my wife but because of Michelle's comfortable but persistent guidance into yoga I began soon to realize and experience the mental and physical benefits of the practice. Through her guidance I have discovered a new level of relaxation and many of the aches and pains I had accepted as the inevitable result of advancing age have greatly diminished. My previous sciatica problem has improved 90% under Michelle's knowledgeable guidance. She is a serious and persistent professional who is also a warm and caring human being who is as devoted to responding to the individual needs of the members of her studio classes as those of her private clients. Michelle's only drawback is that there is only one of her.
I offer private or couple yoga lessons that offer alignment and step-by-step teaching to further your practice. I teach beginner, gentle, chair, restorative and power yoga.
Heather is so amazing!! She radiates a joyful presence while guiding you through a personalized yoga practice. You've never had someone explain the moves and how to do them like this. Fantastic explanations and descriptions of poses for all levels. She's a real pro.
The yoga classes I teach as well as the nutrition services that I offer are unique because they are individually designed to cater to my clients needs. I understand and respect that everyone is different and special. Therefore, I strive to meet their needs and goals through focusing and listening to my clients and creating a personalized plan that works for them.

Joanna Williamson is an ideal trainer. I worked with her as my first-ever trainer for most of two years (meeting once a week), starting about four-and-a-half years ago. (She left my gym, or I'd be working with her still.) I wanted to lose some significant weight, build my strength for injury protection, and work my way into the top 10% for my age group (which my doc says I've done). I've met all these goals, and I'm now into a permanent maintenance routine. (1) She has a wonderfully encouraging attitude. Nothing at all like Jillian Michaels. She's a great athlete herself she's very strong and also runs marathons but this was always a real positive, not something that made you feel like you'd never measure up. She understands how hard exercise often is (and she makes it challenging), but she's great at helping you enjoy it. She really makes it interesting and fun. (2) She's very knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology, if you like to learn how various things do and don't work (as I do), and she works to keep her knowledge current. (3) She has a huge variety of exercises to teach you, so you never get bored, but she's also great at helping you build an exercise plan tailored exactly to your needs (including age and injury status), so that you can work out effectively on your own. (4) I lost about 25 pounds in the first 18 months, and have kept 90% of them off. And I've kept doing three strength workouts a week (in my late 60s), pretty much through thick and thin, with what feels like permanent pleasure. All in all, I only wish she still worked where I do. I've had a variety of excellent trainers since she left, and she's still the best.
Full disclosure...I use to tease on yogis...yoga was for hippies. Last year work had me so stressed out, I was feeling physical pain that I was certain was leading me to heart attack or stroke. I told myself, "This is crazy. I have to do something." I read about "Holy Yoga" in our church bulletin. Thought to myself, "it's worth a try". Came to my first class in July 2015...Not only did yoga help, I can't be without it! Beth is amazing and patient. I'm hooked! ♡
