Mark is an outstanding trainer! He is very knowledgeable on everything involved with training - not just exercises, but human anatomy and nutrition as well. Mark tailors the workouts to reach the goals set. He changes up the routine so it is never boring, and pays total attention during the workout to ensure there are no injuries. Best of all, he is encouraging and tough at the same time. My workouts with Mark far outweigh anything I would do at home alone! Loved the videos that went with each workout, very helpful when I wasn't too sure of something. The workouts given to me were perfect for what I'm wanting to accomplish. Very easy to log in and track which is great to help you get to your goal. Trainer is very helpful and quick to answer any and all questions that I had.
