- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to work with every customer. If you have a set budget let me know what it is so I can work with you to make your dream wedding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial consultation with a new customer to see what they have in mind for their special event. I will answer any questions and give them guidance. After the meeting a will create a personal quote and send it to the client. They can make any changes that they would like to the quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken many classes, so that I can learn how to do the latest flower arrangements.
