I first started practicing Yoga over 10 years ago, and I can say without a doubt that Angela is one of the best teachers I have ever had. Yoga is one of the most important aspects of my life and I am grateful that Angela is my teacher. Every time I finish one of her classes I feel stronger, happier and more balanced!

Katelyn was so great to work with. I didn't have much experience at all with yoga. She met me where I was and guided me to learn the poses I wanted to get into. I learned so much in our first session and can't wait to continue growing. I highly recommend Katelyn :)

Great assessment of our physical conditions and potential limitations. Started us out at a reasonable level and brought us to higher levels of endurance, balance and healthy habits each week. She always created different work outs with different equipment so that boredom was never an issue. She would repeat certain routines for us to see our progress. What a friendly, knowledgable trainer. We learned so much from her training, socially, and spiritually. Holly was always punctuial and gave 100% of her attention to each client. We miss her and wish circumstances could bring her back to the gym.

Absolutely love Marjorie Montufar's variety of yoga classes - Hatha, Vinyasa, and Meditation practice. Marjorie's experience shines through her intuitive yoga instructions. She takes time to assess the needs of her students prior to starting classes. She offers comforting guidance for all stages of my yoga practice, including proper yoga positions, alternative positions to avoid injury, breathing techniques, meditation. Most importantly, as an instructor she encourages learning to listen to your physical limitations while still stretching your mind and body to find balance in your life. I have been attending classes under Marjorie for 6 months now, each class I leave feeling more relaxed and centered, knowing I have accomplished so much in so little time.

I have been teaching yoga for over 15 years, including a year in India and classes as a guest teacher in Europe and throughout the US, including the following areas: * CA * VA * MA * Dallas * Austin * Killeen/Harker Heights * Temple * Salado * Belton * Georgetown In Georgetown, I have taught in Sun City and Southwestern University in the students' curriculum. I teach all levels, from beginners to advanced. Besides being certified in integral Hatha training, I have also studied Iyengar and Astangha for many years. Class schedules and venues are as follows: * Monday: The Grace Episcopal Church, chair yoga at 4:00 p.m., and mat at 5:30 p.m. in Georgetown, TX * Friday: The Georgetown Rec Ctr at 10:30 a.m., chair at noon. I am a former stress management and business consultant in Dallas.

Harold comes to the jail to work with Maximum security males in a programs unit. He does this on his own time at no charge. He understands the value of yoga particularly for this population and does what he can to fill the need!! He has always been professional, punctual and committed to the service! I have received nothing but positive feedback from participants.

Bridgid is an outstanding instructor. She loves what she does, and her enthusiasm carries over to her teaching. You can't help but feel the warmth and energy flowing from her as she is leading you through your poses, making adjustments, and pretty soon, you find yourself in savasana at the end of your session, feeling more relaxed, and centered than you have in a long time. I've been around a lot of people who profess to be yogis. For many this is simply what they do for a job. For Bridgid, it's also who she is... she lives her life in a way that reflects her practice, and it sets her apart. Highly recommend.
