I had the opportunity of working with Pree through LA Fitness at the Round Rock location. I am fitness enthusiast and extremely happy to have found a trainer who shared a similar level passion. He continuously provided me with workouts that were challenging and he has a good eye for finding musclar imbalances and strengthening accordingly to achieve balance so I prevent common injuries accrued from weight-lifting. Pree is high knowledgeable and I really enjoyed my conversations with him about different styles of training including HIIT, endurance training, and cross training. The part that I really enjoyed was when Pree introduced me to Yoga and made me realize the amount of strength I was holding myself back on from my tight hip flexors and overall strength from tight muscles. In the yoga part of our training, he provided great cues to help maximize the benefit of every pose and has a great feel for my capability and pushes me accordingly so I improve consistently without hurting myself. This was a huge plus in my book because I am always pushing my limits and more often than not end up hurting myself. He painted a whole new picture of overall fitness in my mind and I am throughly happy to have met this guy.
I have been going to Angela's Relax and Renew yoga class for about a year now. At the end of a stressful day, this class is just what I need to make me feel more relaxed and peaceful. Angela gently guides us through each pose and at the same time informs us on the health benefits associated with each pose. Peace, relaxation, health benefits - nice way to end a hectic day!
She the best,very knowledgeable.. I had a separated shoulder that was healing and need to find ways to stretch it out. After a few session I found more mobility and even a year later I still remember some of her stretches and instructions which I do even today
She is an excellent yoga instructor with to the point instructions. She is very knowledgable about the benefits of different yoga poses and she explains the importance of each pose as one transitions from one pose to other. My yoga session was customized to my prenatal needs and I would highly recommend yoga workout with Ankita Jain.
To me, yoga is not a frantic exercise, nor is it flopping lifeless on the floor. It should be calm and smooth, and gently challenging to your flexibility, and should build strength without obvious effort. Christie is the best instructor I have encountered. She is caring, patient, and always looking for ways for her students to improve their personal practice of yoga. I recommend her highly.
Harold comes to the jail to work with Maximum security males in a programs unit. He does this on his own time at no charge. He understands the value of yoga particularly for this population and does what he can to fill the need!! He has always been professional, punctual and committed to the service! I have received nothing but positive feedback from participants.
Great assessment of our physical conditions and potential limitations. Started us out at a reasonable level and brought us to higher levels of endurance, balance and healthy habits each week. She always created different work outs with different equipment so that boredom was never an issue. She would repeat certain routines for us to see our progress. What a friendly, knowledgable trainer. We learned so much from her training, socially, and spiritually. Holly was always punctuial and gave 100% of her attention to each client. We miss her and wish circumstances could bring her back to the gym.

I have been doing Mike Massie Fighting Fit Boot Camp workouts for 7 months now. I got to say that I'm in the best shape of my life. I train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and I'm giving the young guns a hard time when we roll "I'm wearing them out". I hear all the time "man I hope that I'm in half the shape your in at 49." Thanks for your awesome workouts that are never boring.
Absolutely love Marjorie Montufar's variety of yoga classes - Hatha, Vinyasa, and Meditation practice. Marjorie's experience shines through her intuitive yoga instructions. She takes time to assess the needs of her students prior to starting classes. She offers comforting guidance for all stages of my yoga practice, including proper yoga positions, alternative positions to avoid injury, breathing techniques, meditation. Most importantly, as an instructor she encourages learning to listen to your physical limitations while still stretching your mind and body to find balance in your life. I have been attending classes under Marjorie for 6 months now, each class I leave feeling more relaxed and centered, knowing I have accomplished so much in so little time.

Tanya has been a blessing to me. I have a busy schedule and heavy travel schedule. Because I have meetings at 6am or 10pm, it is difficult to get to a traditional class. I found Tanya on Thumbnail. She comes to my house each week at the time that works with my schedule. She creates a class that meets the needs I have that week, from building strength to improving balance or just deep streching.
