Introduction: My skill set is what sets me apart. I am a certified personal trainer that can help you lose weight, tone up, and even bulk up, but I am also specialized in Performance Enhancement for Sports, as well as Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning. So I am beneficial to athletes and even those clients who are open to different training styles.
My work is unique in a few ways. The approach that I have is to develop a personal relationship with each client in order to help motivate them. The training will be customized for each client. Not only will the you participate in exercises that you love to do, I will make the exercises that you hate to do seem more enjoyable. Last but not least, I will show each client how all of our training specifically helps them become a better version of themselves.
I like putting myself in my clients' shoes. I am a very determined, focused, passionate, perceptive, and mentally strong person. I like to use my traits to cause a chain reaction with my clients to where they become passionate about being fit as I am. The transition from talking about working out consistently to actually letting your actions do the talking is what I strive for with everyone I work with.
