"In 1986, I started working in the fitness field local health clubs, including the first Curves for Women, from sales to eventually fitness instructor. Over 20 years later, I'm still acquiring more certifications in specialty fields including personal training, Pilates, and yoga.
As a person gets older, so does the individual need for wellness. I have worked with clients with MS or recovering from a stroke. With a wide array of knowledge from years of experience, I can help a person reach reasonable goals. I also instruct CPR, AED and first aid classes. I always keep in mind body awareness to improve a healthy lifestyle."
