Vickie Belew says, "I knew I was in trouble for repair/support as I left my phone message about my AC unit blowing only hot air after 7pm. I was truly surprised to be called back within an hour that late by the owner of Efficient Home Solutions, David Rivera; assuring me a technician would be on site at my home first thing in the morning.Technician Josh Cadiz arrived early next morning. After his thorough examination of my AC operation, Josh proceeded to patiently explain the problems he had found and the plans he had made to resolve those. First though - a temporary portable AC unit was ordered for my overnight comfort as the temperature in my home was 85 degrees at that time. Next - a replacement AC unit was ordered with installation planned for the first thing the following morning.Following the new AC unit install the following morning; I was surprised to see Josh back to test out the just installed new unit and to answer any questions I might have from the process.This followup visit was an unexpected great relief to me at that time - and, it was also a reminder to me of that great decision I made some 5 years earlier to always handle all my AC or heat issues with Efficient Home Solutions."See more

My AC was out and JP pointed out the exact issue. JP demonstrated his knowledge and experience and clearly explained with the Pros and cons of the next steps. We ended up getting a new HVAC installed as repair would have only extended the HVAC's life for few more years (24 years of service in total) . JP clearly explained types of HVAC, pros and cons of each type to help me make an informed decision. I received other quotes where people were trying to push upon me with the specific model. JP's quote was the lowest and he replaced the whole unit with furnace and everything else.

They came out same day and got us back up & running after another company told us they would get to us in a couple days. Everything seems to be working ok. He went inside and checked the A/C unit inside and found that there was a clog in my pipes that caused me not to have cold air. He was able to fix the problem and I was able to sleep very cold in the summer of Texas. I had a previous guy come out and he only check the outside unit and just sprayed the compressor down and charged me for it, as expected, it didn't resolve the issue. But Airtex HVAC actually went inside and found the issue from within and fixed it.

My heat went out in the depth of the first winter freeze. I accepted I’d have to wait for a professional to arrive but to my joy, HVAC HEROES were here within a few hours. Justin was polite and professional. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the part straight away. He had me up and running by the next day. He even worked a longer day to get my system up and running. I had a small question about the system and the owner, Triston came by himself to look it over. I highly recommend this company.
