Even though I have only been working with Randy a few weeks so far, I am already seeing results. I am feeling much stronger and excited about my weight loss journey. I've never had a personal trainer before so I wasn't sure what to expect. From the get go, Tad was super easy to get along with. He definitely makes you work hard but will listen to you and your body i.e. keeps your joints happy while toning muscle. For me, my abs are a trouble spot but he's taught me how to engage them in and out of the gym. The workouts are always a little different and always keep me in engaged. And I appreciate how he explains the exercises and really takes the time to make you understand how to do it and why you are doing it. Tad is also really invested in his clients. He's always checking in, seeing how I'm feeling after workouts, giving me suggestions on nutrition, and holds me accountsble, etc. He's fully devoted to you and your goals! Deepika M.
