Obi is the elite of the elite when it comes to personal fitness trainers. We are beyond grateful to be working with him. He is incredibly comfortable to work and has been from the beginning. This is especially true for our daughter who is working with him as well and isn’t inclined to like just anyone....let alone work with them. He pushes us to push ourselves focusing on the mental aspect and working with where we are currently at. We have to account for our eating which is a HUGE part of the deal as well. I highly recommend Obi!!

I suffer from a spinal condition that prohibits me from normal work outs. Paul is one of the most educated and concerned trainers I have ever been to. He has been very diligent in listening to every concern I have and is tailoring my work out to be more like physical therapy. He is also a genuinely nice person. So that makes the sessions pleasant as well as helpful. I look forward to working out more and getting the best I can out this body for as long as I can.
Mike Gustella was my strength trainer and a physical therapist for me. He was a very professional, fun, knowledgeable and good all around guy to work with. He definitely helped me push my limits and push passed some injuries that I got from work. Mike made the training fun and easy to understand during his evaluations of my progress. He made goals fairly easy to obtain but still challenging so you always wanted more. He will make you work tho...make no mistake about that. But you will enjoy learning and working with Mike. I would recommend Mike Gustella to family, friends and anyone that was looking to improve on strength, mobility and overall fitness.
Tiffany has been an amazing trainer! She is prepping me for bikini comp! I am super excited. She challenges me and most of all BELIEVES in me. She makes her clients feel very important to her. She responds to any questions or concerns quickly. She is fun to work with and very flexible. I am glad to have her as my trainer! It has been one month we have been working together and I am loving the results I am seeing! I continue to look forward to working with her!
I started training for college football with the goal in mind that I wanted to make it to a top Pac 12 team. My overall strength and speed from high school were average at best. I crossed paths with Brandon and the superhuman program back in May and by the end of the month my combine scores were amazing. I cut my 40 m dash from a 5.2 to a 4.68 and my agility was the top presented at the combine. My max weightlifting goals nearly doubled as well. If you're looking for anybody to get you from the level that you're at to an elite level, this is the program to get you there. From my experience everything was tailored to me and my improvement, both physically and mentally. Moreover, difference between good trainers and great trainers are the ones who show that they care and that their desire is to get you to where you need to be and explain why you do the things they ask you to. Definitely the best training I have had and will continue training through the Super Human Performance program.

I've been working with Kenny for 10 weeks and am so pleased with my results! I have noticeably lost weight, gained strength, no longer have to take sleep aids, and my overall energy level has greatly improved. I have never been athletic, so making the decision to work with a personal trainer was scary - I didn't know what to expect; however, Kenny made me feel comfortable right away. His coaching and encouragement makes it easy to stay motivated. I look forward to every session, and feel a great sense of accomplishment each time I finish one!
My journey started when I could not lift a large pail of water. My New Year's Resolution that year was to loose weight and get fit. I hired MJG Fitness because the owner had all the elements I needed - trainer, nutritionist and life coach. In 14 months I dropped 47 pounds (doing it the right way) and 15% body fat. The greatest side benefit came when my doctor said see you next year as opposed to see you in 3 months as all my blood work came into the normal range. I feel and look better that I have in 20 years (from a size 14 to a size 6). Through the education I have received from MJG Fitness I can live my life optimally. Thank you MJG Fitness!!
Cecily is fun to work with and does a great job of customizing a training/ nutrition program to meet your personal goals. She is flexible around your schedule and has several different services to offer. Such as her contest prep for bikini competitiors which is what I did. Compared to other trainers I have worked with, she has proven to me that my goals are attainable from the results I have had. Her weekly check-ins, training, and macro-nutrition guidance; has made the work on my half easy. Most importantly, her training structure is something I can acquire into a long term healthy lifestyle.
Joey has been working with me for a few years and I find that he is one of the best trainers in SLC! He keeps the workouts varied and interesting and knows how the body works so he can determine how and what exercises will work for me on any given day. Besides being knowledgeable about what he does, he is a wonderfully kind and geniune person. You will not be disappointed if you choose him to help you to a road of fitness and health!
Ariana has been great to work with. Her workouts are demanding and tough but never the same. The atmosphere are Universal Swell is great because its a private gym - meaning only those working with trainers at the gym can use it. It usually means its just me in the gym!
Sam is an excellent personal trainer. I signed up with HIITFitLife wanting to lose weight, become proficient in weight training and running all while tending to a recently healed back injury and he was able to build a workout plan that accommodates all of my fitness goals while paying special attention to my back. The picture on the left is from 2014- A time when I worked out and thought I was knowledgeable about my workouts and diet, but I so wasn't! Shortly after that, I started getting in to the gym and trying to learn the ropes in the gym on my own. I had been working out hard and consistently, (at least in my opinion at the time), and putting on muscle for about a year and a half. At the beginning of the year I decided to enter my first figure contest and asked Nate to be my trainer. Best decision EVER! Contest prep is not easy. The dieting is intense and hours upon hours of work are put into the gym almost all week long between lifting and cardio. Nate has made this journey not only bearable, but enjoyable. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes everything involved in this process extremely understandable! He is super reliable and dedicated to no end to what he does. I finally have found my "thing" and have never felt more motivated about something- and I owe much of that to Nate! If you are ever looking for a trainer or nutrition consultant, no matter what level you are at in your fitness journey, he is the best person for the job!!

Julie made an exercise regiment catered around my needs, my schedule, and let me be part of the planning. She checked in with me regularly and adjusted my program to make sure it was challenging but attainable. I needed that extra push, too! Julie is a fantastic trainer and I highly recommend her!
