I've been doing yoga with Rian for over a year now and I can't express what a difference it's made in my life. Rian knows EVERYTHING there is to know about yoga and he studies it religiously- literally. After working with Rian, you can tell yoga is his true passion in life. He is very adaptable and can easily develop a routine to fit the skill/experience level of those he is teaching. Both novice and experienced yoga-ers alike.

We did Ashtanga yoga on the beach. She was very clear in her explanation of the poses and gave us modifications which made it easy to move through poses and concentrate on our breathe.
Robin is a wonderful yoga teacher! She came to our house and even taught the class outside on our front lawn because it was a nice day. I felt totally relaxed and happy after the class, and I can't wait to hire Robin again.

I teach both hatha yoga and power yoga. The hatha yoga classes are great for beginners and those looking for a more gentle class. My power yoga class is great for increasing your strength, flexibility and stamina. I teach group classes on but am willing to travel to teach privately.
