As our project evolved and we requested modifications from the original bid; they were always graciously accommodating. The Goulds were personable and engaging. They were respectful of our living space & sought to minimize intrusions. They exhibited superb communication skills regarding upcoming plans, impending sub-contractor visits, etc.. In addition, they responded promptly to our calls & thoroughly answered all our many questions without an inkling of impatience. The subcontractors the Goulds selected exhibited their same work ethic. They comfortably engaged with us and detailed their involvement, addressed concerns & offered alternatives. The sub-contractors’ work product was also superb. The Goulds’ transparent accounting was a welcome surprise. The original bid as well our several modifications were published with detailed/updated charges and invoices.
