My name is Teilmann Hansen. I'm a chef and co-founder of a ghost kitchen called Enigma Chef. We sell high-end food on DoorDash that has gotten nothing but 5-star reviews, including 5-star reviews on Google. I incorporate the sous vide French cooking technique made popular by Thomas Keller from the French Laundry. I have 5+ years of personal/private chef, caterer, and use to own a food prep company called Health and Fitness Meals. I can create and customize food to any diet/preference. I have used Chef Teilmann for private chef purposes and also ordered from his online restaurant. He is extremely detail oriented and you can tell he has an intense passion for his craft. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
