My name is Teilmann Hansen. I'm a chef and co-founder of a ghost kitchen called Enigma Chef. We sell high-end food on DoorDash that has gotten nothing but 5-star reviews, including 5-star reviews on Google. I incorporate the sous vide French cooking technique made popular by Thomas Keller from the French Laundry. I have 5+ years of personal/private chef, caterer, and use to own a food prep company called Health and Fitness Meals. I can create and customize food to any diet/preference. We had Chef Teilmann cater a wedding dinner after our daughter's wedding. He came up with a menu that fit with our budget and dietary needs. We chose a combination of chicken and tri-tip beef. The meat was cooked to perfection. It was accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes and asparagus...delicious.  Dessert was the highlight...panna cotta topped with mixed berries, which was a feast visually as well as for the taste buds. 

I appreciated Teilmann's responsiveness to my questions and concerns and his detailed price quotes without any hidden costs.
