I was getting my daughters sprinkler system fixed as her dogs ate up the outside sprinkler box. I do not live in the same city as my daughter and all of my communications were over email or text. I knew the project was going to be a big one so I asked for bid which was provided. After the work began Roger kept me updated on the progress of the job. When it was all said and done I think Roger had more time and parts in this than what was quoted, but he never asked me for more money. He honored his pricing and did a quality job. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing sprinkler maintenance or repair. He is responsive and professional. I greatly appreciate all of his help and time in fixing my daughter's sprinkler system.

Spencer was very professional. He gave me a time he would show up, rather than a huge window of time like most handymen/plumbers, and it was just the next day. He quickly ascertained the issue and fixed it within an hour and a half! Plus, the previous plumber I had hired to diagnose the problem had told me the issue was the bath tub valve, would take weeks to fix by removing a vanity on the back wall, and would cost thousands of dollars. Joe was amazing! We hired him to finish our basement and he was a true professional from start to finish. He came our house the next day (Saturday) to give us a quote and started on Monday. Best part was he said it would take a week and nailed the deadline. He insisted on climbing in and out the basement window so there would be no mess or disruption to my wife and kids upstairs. I will definitely be calling Joe in the future for other projects.

We had Mike come out and repair holes in our dry wall and texture. Mike was efficient and professional + price perfect. He was in contact with me every step of the way and was very informative of his process and repairs. As I remodel I will have him to help with repairs and paint. Mr. Robert is extremely easy to talk with and actually took the time to listen and understand what I wanted. His wife, Ms. Kasi, and Robert make a great team. Their patience with me as I explored several repair options to include budgets for my roof was above and beyond what I have experienced with any other contractor in the past. As for the work itself, to date I have hired Premier for a roof repair and a water heater replacement. Although it hasn't rained yet here in Ogden, the roof looks fantastic and I did not find any missteps in the installation. I'm guessing the first full-out 6 to 10 inch per hour rain storm will be the ultimate deciding factor. As for the H2O heater, I'm one of those persons that like to admire new equipment after installation. I have done exactly that on several occasions and I am well pleased with the completed work. As for the near future, I plan on hiring Premier to complete some other plumbing work. I would recommend Premier Handyman Services to anyone, not just based on work but also because of reasonableness of prices charged.
