As someone who works full-time, I needed a teacher who could accommodate my busy schedule as well as being reasonably priced. Also, being 24 years old while basically starting to learn the piano from scratch, it was important I found a teacher that wouldn't treat me like a child when going through the basics. I was lucky to find all of these qualities in Julia! She does a great job of explaining things clearly, slowing down when something is difficult, and challenging you when you get the hang of things. In addition to being an incredibly accomplished musician, she is also a very friendly individual that is sure to make anyone feel welcome and comfortable. I look forward to our lessons every week and I highly recommend her for anyone in need of a fantastic piano teacher!"See more
