- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All training session packages are sold as one-time payments with the entire amount collected up front. All sessions purchased are valid for 6 months starting on the date of purchase. Discounts are available by purchasing a larger package and the cost per session will be lower. Cost of a single training session ranges from $85-$115 depending on whether a single session or 30 session package is purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process when working with a new customer is to complete an initial consultation with the first meeting and assess the new client's individual strengths and weaknesses. Gathering this information allows for the development of a more effective training program designed to address any movement restrictions or strength deficiencies while also working on any specific physique goals the individual may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My credentials include: - Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from James Madison University (JMU) - National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) - Dynamic Sport Performance Certified Coach (DSPCC) - Dragon Door Hardstyle Kettlebell Certified Coach (HKC) - American Red Cross CPR / AED Certified
