We hired Amanda to organize our home. This involved several walk in closets, cabinets, desk drawers, and multiple stores units in our building. This was one of the best treats we could have given ourselves! We know where things are and where to put them back and it's no longer overwhelming. Amanda's work ethic is second to none! Coordinating the details of preparing my home for sale 2. Working with contractors at my property and meeting them at various appointments 3. Organizing and packing up my home for interstate move, and more! Always dependable and in constant communication, Amanda is a true professional and the one I call when I need things handled quickly and correctly. She approaches her work with care, consideration, and is worth her weight in gold. Projects can be completed on a à la carte basis, or packaged. Discuss with The 360 Concierge to figure out what’s best for you and your needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a new client reaches out, I ask that we have a quick 10 to 15 minute intro conversation to discuss the clients needs. At that point, we can discuss specifics and I can set expectations for timelines, costs, and overall project details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the restaurant business for over 30 years and able to handle multiple tasks at once. I have incredible attention to detail, reliable, trustworthy and hold professional real estate salesperson licenses in multiple states.
