What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Projects can be completed on a à la carte basis, or packaged. Discuss with The 360 Concierge to figure out what’s best for you and your needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a new client reaches out, I ask that we have a quick 10 to 15 minute intro conversation to discuss the clients needs.
At that point, we can discuss specifics and I can set expectations for timelines, costs, and overall project details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the restaurant business for over 30 years and able to handle multiple tasks at once. I have incredible attention to detail, reliable, trustworthy and hold professional real estate salesperson licenses in multiple states.
