I searched for a personal trainer in Virginia Beach who'd help me stay fit during my visits there. Matt of FuncFit Athletics responded quickly to my query. I started working with Jamie about a month ago. We had a meet and greet and set up an appointment to do an assessment. Jamie is awesome! She took the time to meet with me and get to know me and what my goals are as far as getting into shape. I've met with her several times and felt my training has been awesome. She pushes me and does not let me quit. She is truly concerned about my well being and health. She always has a workout plan that fits my needs and makes great use of our time. In the short time I've been meeting with her not only is she a great trainer , she has earned my trust. I meet at her house and she has everything we need to work out. I had a few things come up in my personal life keeping me from meeting with Jamie. She has been very patient with me and very understanding. I hope to get back on track once I get things situated. Her fees are phenomenal compared to other trainers. I would recommend Jamie.
Working out with Natalie has completely changed my life. I know when looking for a way to lose weight or have a healthier lifestyle, you always see those seemingly fake reviews saying how they lost a bunch of weight and it changed their lives. It’s always hard to believe, at least for me. I was always looking for a way to help me lose weight and feel better, and I am beyond thankful that I found Natalie because no matter what diet or supplement there is out there, none of them have ever made me look better, feel better, AND become a better person inside and out. Jill has been my personal trainer for 1 1/2 years and it is the first time I have ever been successful, healthy, and without injury. She is 1) aware of my age and physical ability, 2) knowledgeable of the fact that overweight people have to work at a different pace and adheres to the session appropriately. 3) while she offers encouragement along the way, she also pushes you to work hard and be successful. 4) she monitors my weight, will review food charts, offers suggestions on dietary intake, and offered a session on food and health that really got me kick started. Mainly because she never said the word "diet" rather emphasized lifestyle change. Jill is passionate about her job and it shows in the way she helps everyone at the gym, weather she is training you, teaching a class, or watching the floor, she is always there to help, assist and coach. I cannot express enough how thankful I am that she came into my life and has helped me throughout this challenge.
Working with Caleb has been beyond beneficial to my overall fitness. Working with him has allowed me to work out kinks and pains in my body I've had for years and I thought I would just have to learn to live with. Coach Caleb is very professional and knowledgeable about fitness, physical therapy, and overall health in general.
