Latest Review: I was like you once, lost in the fitness world as to what I think I should do, listening to the "bro science" going through inexperienced coaches or (gurus) as they call them, just because they did some shows they think they have the knowledge to train others. I went through hell with no carbs for weeks, and on high fats at over an hour of cardio a day with no refeeds or rewards. My body was breaking down. I'd had enough. I knew that this wasn't healthy for me anymore and I needed help. That's when I was introduced to Brian Lewis. Not only did he have a lot of experience of doing and putting others through shows, but he was also very successful at them both. Oh, and he actually went to college for it. Just within six weeks Brian learned how my body worked, and got me ready for my first men's physique show ever. I was able to eat more food then I was allowed before, my cardio was cut in half, and I was rewarded with more food on the weekend (refeed day). As an end result, I was in the best shape of my life, and I took 5th place in my first show. Even though my show was back in July, I am still under the guidance of Brian Lewis for every day healthy living. I would highly recommend this "mad scientist" as I call him, he is hands down the most affordable, knowledgable, and professional person I have ever had the privilege of working with.
