I have begun seeing Sanford last week and the workouts have been strenuous but great! I decided to get a personal trainer, so that i can be pushed to that next level and Sanford is the best for that. We workout different muscle groups, separating the sections each day, and after every workout i leave feeling better than before. If you want a trainer with vast knowledge on the bodies different muscle groups, dieting, and so on and so forth, you wont be dissapointed with Sanford Gunn.
Functionally Fit provides a friendly environment with a trainer who knows how to tailor the workouts to meet your needs. You get everything here (weights, mobility, cardio, agility, etc), which keeps the workouts exciting and effective. The classes are quick and convenient - often around 30 minutes! Functionally Fit also has yoga twice a week which is a great compliment to the weekly programming. I look forward to going as often as I can!

Jenae is an excellent personal trainer and she brought all her work out equipment to my house. She is motivated and pushes you to your limit. She has great knowledge about fitness. It was the best personal training experience I ever had. I highly recommend her!
