Our pricing is transparent and based on home size, service type, and add-ons. No surprise fees. We offer discounts for recurring cleanings and occasionally run limited-time promotions. Every quote is custom to ensure you're only paying for what you need — nothing more, nothing less. Note: Our teams perform walkthroughs upon arrival to ensure the services booked align to what the home needs. We reserve the right to make adjustments based on this assessment
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, we’ll confirm the details of your home and cleaning needs, provide a tailored quote, and get you scheduled — all within minutes. You’ll receive appointment confirmation, friendly reminders, and day-of updates from our team so you know exactly what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All cleaners go through a multi-step vetting process, including interviews, background checks, and review of consistency standards. As the founder, I bring experience in project management, process improvement, and customer operations from Fortune 100 companies — all of which I’ve funneled into building a smooth, dependable, high-quality cleaning experience.
