Anya is more than just a yoga instructor. She is so knowledgeable about the roots of yoga, it’s true philosophy, and how it can help not only our body but our mental health.
Her classes are always well-structured and balanced with the right accommodations that were needed due to my injuries and the state of my mind (read: stressed out!)
I came for a yoga class but gained so much more.
I highly highly recommend Anya!
