These guys did a brilliant job mounting my T.V. I had the owner come out and do it and he is a really solid trust worthy guy. I reccomend this company if you need any home re-modeling done or something like your television to be mounted! Definatley a 5 star!
Very professional. Very nice. Organizing the pickup was extremely easy. After James and his partner had placed the oven in their truck, I asked for a quote on painting the interior of our house. They had no problem doing it, even though I had not previously mentioned this request. Would definitely use again!

Always responsive when feedback is needed, she offers thoughtful, beautiful design ideas for consideration and quickly comes up with new versions or modifications. She conveys a unique international style and will not stop until the client is completely satisfied. Paula is passionate with the enthusiasm, creativity and professionalism to transform any environment. I will not hesitate to engage Paula again and highly recommend her work.
Al Barney is my hero. He has been a part of our lives for 15 years here in Leesburg. He is my "GO TO GUY". I come up with an idea and I call Al. He makes it happen. In my last home he created an amazing outdoor space with a screened in porch and deck, flowing to an amazing patio. Years later he created a front porch that made my house unique to others in the neighborhood. Now, I have an older home that needed updating. He gave me an amazing kitchen with an island and cabinets that are breathtaking. Please come see my kitchen. I am proud to say that Al Barney is my friend, my designer, my builder and my mentor. Next stop....my master bathroom.
Excellent craftsmanship, knowledgable design experience a pleasure to work with. Lacquer and wood finishes Superb.
Loved the design and all of the decor. Everything was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend.
The True House Design team was amazing! I had a vacant condo and wanted to sell it. They met with me prior to the tenants moving out and recommended what fixes and painting to get done and what furniture to bring in after they moved out. When my tenants moved out the staging and preparation was doing very quickly and looked amazing! My condo sold quickly and for the highest price ever in the building!
First meeting with interior designer went well!
Karen has great ideas. She is responsive and a talented designer. I definitely recommend her design services.
I did an initial consultation with Joyce to ask help on how I will design our new house. I was really impressed with her because I didn't even know what I really like but by just looking at the designs I sent her, she was able to figure out my style. Her attention to detail is incredible! She listened to ALL my likes and dislikes. I also love the fact that she's very flexible and affordable! Her designs are so amazing!!! For someone like me who doesn't have imagination, it really takes a talented person to put my vision into reality. The detailed design boards she created for me really got me excited on how our new house will look! We have a lot of work to do and I can't wait for her to help me make our house, our dream home! :)
Absolutely loved MagnifiqueHomes! I moved to Virginia and needed to downsize quite a bit, moving into a much smaller place. Maud was great at utilizing the small space I had to maximum efficiency, making it feel like a home at the same time. She kept me involved in every step -- making it a truly enjoyable experience. I couldn't be happier with this, my first interior design experience. I would definitely recommend MagnifiqueHomes without hesitation.
Signature Design Interiors staged my home in One Loudoun and did an amazing job! They brought in furnishings, art, area rugs, linens, and accessories to highlight my home's best features. The turnaround time between requesting their help and the completed project was just a couple of days. I highly recommend the team at Signature Design Interiors for staging as well as decorating and remodeling. They are top notch!
Robert and Lizzie are true craftsmen and artisans who produce the highest quality furniture and cabinets that you can find. I design museum galleries and they meet that industry's standards for quality and workmanship. They are tenacious about getting it right and producing beautiful, custom pieces that work really well.
Meriem at McLean Design Associates is fantastic to work with. She is a gifted designer, turning my vague ideas into a beautiful, warm, livable home that is a unique, artful reflection of who I am. She is a professional in the best sense of the word. She presents her ideas then listens. She is confident in her selections, can explain why and builds trust. Yet if something doesn't resonate with me, she develops a design that does while remaining attentive to my budget. Her dedication to client satisfaction and her quality of work are superb. Meriem has immense patience. She always has time for my questions and goes above and beyond to get answers from the vendors. Not only did she create a beautiful design for our new home, she also managed the furniture set up right down to the curtain installations. She has tremendous energy and a true talent.
My family moved into our home a few years back and finally got the chance to update the living and dining room. Danielle was amazing at using the perfect blends of color for the walls, and picking the best decor and furniture pieces that brought our rooms to life! I would definitely recommend her for interior design and painting services!
Incredibly responsive and involved every step of the way. Started and finished the job ahead of schedule. Fixed pre-existing issues from the builder and delivered exactly what they said. Highest recommendation for anyone doing work anywhere in their home. Trustworthy and engaged throughout.
We ordered several blinds for our home. Donna and Max were professional, helpful and patient with us. They helped us set up an electrician we needed. The blinds came in on time and look beautiful. I plan on using Donna and Max again for other home decorating.
This was the second time we placed our home on the market and we were determined to do a better job. So we planned more thoughtfully and specifically. Our realtor recommended Mannie. From our first meeting, I knew we had made the right choice. As we walked through the house, she suggested changes and/or updates we should make to give the house a fresher, more current look. Recommended paint colors, even details like cabinet pulls! Once the house was prepped, the real magic happened with the staging. Our house looked like a model home! Mannie responded quickly to questions and concerns. Her staff expertly executed the process and our house was under contract in 2 days! If you are selling your home, call The Staging Fashionista. You'll be glad you did.
My husband and I are not artistic or design savvy at all. We found Loudoun Interiors and could not be anymore happy and ecstatic with our choice. Laurie is incredibly gifted and a major talent. She transformed my home into something I could have never imagined it would become without her vision and creativity. Anyone looking for an interior decorator should contact Loudoun Interiors.
Sophisticated. Comfortable. Beautiful. Unique. That’s the magic that Arsheen brought to my living room and I am incredibly grateful for her hard work and vision for making it happen. I was looking at my living room last spring and wondering, for what seemed liked the 1000th time whether it would ever look like a cohesive space. My husband and I had purchased our home at the end of 2013, and I’d always intended to get new furniture and make over the space. But between a wedding, pregnancy, new baby and our hectic work schedules (and life), the only thing I’d managed to do is get the downstairs painted. I finally accepted that I needed some help, and put out a call for designers on Thumbtack. I had several replies, but Arsheen’s pitch was the one that appealed to me due to her unique background (architect originally from India), portfolio with some updated midcentury modern touches and professional demeanor. When Arsheen and I got started, I filled out a questionnaire and she asked me at what I wanted. I told her something like: “I love midcentury modern..but not all of it..just Swedish midcentury modern. I need sleek lines. Plus Africa, India and Mexico to reflect my travels. And lots of colors—orange, blue, purple—but not too much color. And pictures of my family. And I hate sectionals but you can show me some anyway as long as they’re not made of leather. And I would like to have a space for our little one’s toys without said toys dominating the entire room.” (Note: I’m probably forgetting some of my many requests here. I have to be honest, had I heard that seemingly contradictory laundry list of requests from a client, I would have run for the hills! But that’s why I’m not an interior designer.) To her credit, Arsheen didn’t flinch. She delivered a couple of different floor plans that made great use the space, brought in (modern) midcentury flair and gave me the rich colors I was asking for without it being over the top. To my surprise, I quickly realized that the sectional she had proposed was a much better fit for the space and my current lifestyle. (Most importantly, it wasn’t leather!) After a number of iterations, we settled on a design that had neutral, solid colored accent chairs (dark blue) but brought in more colors (orange, more blues) without going over the top. The lines of sectional were midcentury-inspired, and she also brought those touches in with the legs of sectional, the chairs, and my unique coffee table. The rug and Roman shades also have Indian-inspired designs on them. It’s also worth mentioning the fixtures and related elements. While I was a little doubtful at first, she swapped out the original fan for a sleek and modern one. Honestly, it’s easily the fixture with the greatest benefit/cost ratio—it has completely opened up the room. She also recommended a new fireplace mantle and creating a new fireplace frame. I really couldn’t figure out what it was going to look like, even with the drawing, but I just went with it, and it looks amazing. It’s so much more modern than the original. Even my handyman was surprised at the difference those two additions made. (Note: Arsheen works with a wide variety of vendors, but is more than willing to work with your preferred vendors. If we had an issue with any vendor, Arsheen worked overtime to make sure it was corrected as soon as possible.) When the time came to put everything together, I was nervous. How would all of the great elements come together? Well, I need not have worried. Arsheen managed to pull together all of the things that I mentioned above (the new), plus photos and momentoes from my travels to Mexico, Ghana, India and other countries, and a gallery wall of family portraits. And it’s everything I could have wanted. It’s gorgeous and sophisticated, yet, I still feel comfortable flopping down in front of my newly wall-mounted television and doing my hair. My husband was impressed by the great ‘blend of form and function’ and my notoriously picky family and friends have raved about the design. Our little one has a toy trunk (courtesy of Target!) that keeps all of the toys organized and out of the way. And now I’m happy and proud to have people come to visit. Arsheen doesn’t just create rooms, she creates experiences for you to enjoy if you place your trust in her. I did, and I’m so glad I took the leap. Hire her—you won’t regret it.
I hired Pam DiTomaso based on a referral I received from a neighbor. My wife and I wanted to break through to the adjoining bedroom to create a large Master Bathroom. We were so delighted when Pam came up with a Bathroom design AND a way to incorporate a Walk-in Closet. The project began in October and was to be completed by Thanksgiving. Of course, things don't always work out as planned...and work completed the 2nd week of December. One of the things that stands out about Pam, is that she visited the site several times a week, her contractor worked cleanly, and Pam stayed on budget! I recommend Pam DiTomaso of LifeStyle Home. My wife and I are looking forward to our next project with her!
